Went to Holiday on Ice show, WOW so good
The singing amazing shout out to Milo, what a voice!
And how do they do all those incredible skating moves on such a tiny piece of ice. Just fantastic ????
Loved it could not stop clapping and smiling
Beautiful place, with a great vibe and some amazing restaurants and cocktail bars! It has nice lounges too! ????
Customer service is very nice too and the staff is simply kind and friendly, much better than Circus Circus.
So we get here and the first room have nothing outside the window besides a cement wall and what looked like at night a dead owl. The owl turned out to be alive but we were met with resistance when asking if we could possibly change rooms. I explained my friend has to work for the entire trip would it be possible to switch us rooms. After much talk finally a really nice guy took over and made the switch for us. I feel like the hotel itself is looking warn and just not up to my standards. The whole place is so hard to find anything and all the places to eat close so early there are maybe two places open 24 hours but I have no idea how to get to them and the staff hasn’t a clue bc they sent me to Millie’s every time I asked about buying food and Millie’s wasn’t open one time during my trip.
The hotel is big and has a nice casino. Nice city view from my room and the room was ok. You will pay resort fee when paying for a room, even if you're not interested to play at the casino.
The power went out our first night, we had to go up 7 flights of stairs up and down just the first night. The staff was miserable the ones that were still left in the hotel that weren’t sent home that night. We were eating at blues brothers when it went out and couldn’t pay with anything but cash, made me go all the way up to the 7 the floor to get cash had the elevator go out on me thankfully the wife stayed at the table. Got a hand written fake receipt from the waitress. No management to be found anywhere. The second night a fire alarm went off and all staff disappeared again. Had to use the stairs security wouldn’t let anyone up the elevators opted to just stay up that night and do nothing so we wouldn’t have to keep traversing the stairs. Paid $250 a night for b.s. like this. It was a terrible experience we have stayed here multiple times but this was absolutely hands down the worst. I would rather stay at the nasty circus circus if this is going to be an ongoing thing. Horrible horrible horrible management.
We were charged an 89$ “resort fee” at check in that was unexpected and not listed on the initial reservation. We didn’t have a choice given that we found out at check in, so we took the room. The resort fee was supposed to cover the two pools and gym. The pools were both closed for the season. Our room was incredible small, and the last room on the 8th floor (right next to the fire exit). It felt like a utility room because it was so small, nothing like the pictures. The view was awful, the tops of dirty dusty cement roofs. The curtains did not close all the way so the morning sunlight was hard to keep out so we woke up earlier than we wanted. We were given very small amounts of creamer for the coffee so called to ask for more and it took 40minutes. We also asked for “extra extra” creamer for the two of us and we received 3 tiny creamers. The hotel is centrally located though, which was nice. It was also excessively expensive, almost $300 a night with the resort fee…
Rude bartenders. Very slow service. Nothing opened midweek. The Nugget or Peppermill are much better accommodations. I will let all my family and friends no about this place. The money is more important the the customer! Eldorado no fun at all.
I had a great stay here. The employees were all great. I had a super easy check-in, and the room was clean. I like this property and the adjoining properties. Great casinos, great food opportunities, strong drinks. Insane prices, but hey, it's Reno!
This is my go-to to property to stay at while in town. I'll probably be back this time next year.
