Great location walking distance to all casinos. Room very dirty. Room service will not come unless you make sure to call. But they only show up on Sunday or whatever day they know your checking out. Still left them a $10 tip but I cleaned my entire room and left no mess. Upgrades my room for free well the desk upfront did since they made a mistake the ladies were nice, we had the river view room but it was dirty and old. The rooms need to be cleaned very well and or remodeled completely. I enjoyed the casino and the drink service. The ice machine came in handy, pool area was nice, and the elevator is old and will make noise. I did not hear it from my room but I was like 9 rooms away from the elevator hallway.
I've always thought, comparing to the size of the ones around the edgewater windows, that the rooms were smaller than the other casinos because the simple fact that the windows at the Edgewater are small. Ounce inside the rooms though, I found the room was a little smaller, and maybe the bathtub not as deep as the Riversides, but the amenities were of higher quality. Very nice stay over.
Probably one of the worst hotels i've been to… Normally i don't write reviews but god the minute i entered my room i thought i was bound to a wonderful and clean room. I was wrong. As i entered everything looked fine as things were in order and i said that this is a normal and clean room. Buttt, when i went to lay in bed i my family member untucked the bed and before us was a spider. ☠️ As soon as i saw that i immediately called room services as that was completely unacceptable for any hotel. After 20-30 minutes a staff member directs us to another room. We enter and check the sheets before hand just to make sure we don't have any encounters. things seemed good but when we went to turn a light on it wasn't working and the bar holding the light on the roof had SOO many webs on it. Fast forward we moved to the another room (3) had couple moths flying and we didn't even step foot in the room anyways. We had enough and went to the front desk and staff were not up with us lol. staff weren't understanding that there were bugs but after that they finally gave us another room (4th) which we did our checks and everything finally checked out and were finally able to sleep….. at 1 in the morning ????
Every time I book a room here, I am given a room completely different than my confirmation. They outside source there bookings and do not honor anything. Was going to bring a big group in July , but plan on cancelling that, concerned about rooms.
The first room we checked into was not cleaned very well at all. The toilet seat lid had good knows what in it, the mattress was very old and you could feel every spring when you sat on it, and the room had a horrible smell. I called the front desk and immediately was given a new room, which was only slightly better. Would only stay here again in the future if there was absolutely nothing else....

They had a Bible. What impressed me because most casinos don't Nowadays I am disappointed in the room. They do need to upgrade I don't want yellow stains on my towels, The shower
You can't even get the hot water right either You're gonna get burned or it's cold.
I'm just below average height and the shower head was still lower than me. And it was like stepping out down a stair when I got out of the shower. Totally uncomfortable
No USB ports to charge phone. Just disappointed in the room.
The place is nice enough. There are food options inside the bldg. Although the service in those food places is so so very slow. Even when they aren't busy. ????♀️
As far as the hotel, there is a temp control in the room so I could have it comfortable for me but the beds are awful! The 2 in my room were so stiff they felt like metal boxes! I didn't sleep very well at all. The sheets were clean and the beds made and I had fresh towels each day so the maid service was fantastic. The beds just really suck. Also there is no fridge in the room. I know I don't really need one but I like cold drinks sometimes without having to leave my room.
The pool was nice and a good temperature. My teenagers had a good time there.
I liked the casino a lot, even more than the Aquarius. Very clean, very spacious, nice bars overlooking the River, better atmosphere, just liked the overall layout. The machines layout are spaced out better than the Aquarius. Drink service was excellent. Can't comment on the rooms as I didn't stay over here, but for me the casino was lucky and really worth the trip. Video poker is about average. The food options here are really excellent, they have a PT's Express inside.
