Had to visit during a work trip, clearly experiencing extreme agony. Receptionist was very blunt, fine. But when I finally saw a doctor, they were extremely dismissive, not interested in anything i was explaining. Now that I am back in Wellington Hospital, I can confirm they misdiagnosed pneumonia for acid reflux.
Worst experience with Dr. Rasheeda Ali, didn't want to listen to me about how long I needed med cert for. Came in with rashes all over my body and face and no proper check or screening to rule out measles or any other conditions. No advice given about what I could do at home to help my skin get some relieve and question if I have been experiencing any other side effects. Pathetic service, I left consult feeling so upset to not be heard and be taken care of properly. As a doctor she needs to change her attitude as she doesn't know what is best for patients, it should be a two way conversation not one way.
Ive been to the doctors twice and this one is the worst I have ever been with. Arrive there at 8:30 and got seen by the doctors nearly 12. Who would want to wait for that 4+ hours?. Some people have serious illness and the doctors take their time. If I had a heart attack, I would RIP before I get see a doctor. Poor service.
Receptionist are rude as hell, nurses are just as bad. Doctors are just taking there time especially the Indians Doctors..... Waiting for a test result is like waiting for workd war 4 to begin...... Ridiculously need more improvement in services to be more professional. Rather just go middlemore as it will be faster
Arrived at 9:08am & didn’t leave until 4:24pm. I had major infections on my legs, swelling and in so much pain. SEVEN HOURS I waited just for a three minute consultation, this is disgusting and it should never take 7 hours just to get some damn help.
Extremely pathetic service, they talk n yaan between staff, patients just waiting. I went to pick prescription but was told to get blood pressure tested before. I asked how long is wait, she said nurse will c n only 2 ppl in queue. I waited 50 min n that two 2 times i asked how long for nurse. She said only 1 nurse in today but there were 3 or 4 in similar uniform staff there. Stop making us fools by say only 1 Dr or 1 nurse today.
Here, waiting to be seen by a doctor is like waiting for Christmas to come at the end of the year. They need to make it more accessible for people who don't have all the time in the world. Especially for the elderly or the disabled. Booking consults through the phone and actually having an appointment schedule so things work smoothly would definitely make a positive change.
Very slow very long wait but if you're rude and walk though you get seen before babies just cause you think it's OK to play up needs more doctor's and better service
Ridiculous these community-based clinics private doctor's that actually get to know who their dealing with not a different doctor each time . Force into the use of this place as no private doctor's anymore step up government...
Today I am at this useless place and they are trying to charge me 70 to for a medical assessment for my 12 years old after I complaint they had sent though people who arrived after us then try to say the people had booked in earlier this I know is a lie and unacceptable service from this establishment as always .....
