Subpar systems in place here...great staff when you're there (the nurses are awesome!!), but you can't call the medical centre directly, you have to go through ETHC customer services. Well good luck with that. Extremely frustrating when an error has been made and you're trying to sort it. Oh and MMH is not set up for messages to this clinic....unbelievable....
Nice doctor Dr Raj dhana, highly experienced. They listen to patients. Pharmacy also there inside medical centre. Smile dentist is also there . Open Monday to Friday. Reception staff are so helpful and friendly. Nurses are also knowledgeable. Very cheap visit rate .
VERY POOR SERVICE: Been a patient for years and the only consistency is the nursing staff has always been great. The past few years I've tolerated their bad reception staff and unprofessional handling of basic interaction. Its ridiculous you channel through how many steps to make an appointment and stupidity your next available appointment is 2-3days later could be detrimental. This clinic claims to be fully booked and majority of the time the wait room is often empty. Highly recommend enrol elsewhere, preferably non - east tamaki healthcare. They boot you to White Cross or online Bettr.
Patient care has become impersonal and some incidences you cannot be examined virtually.
Extremely poor service now. Used to be excellent but something has happened to make this such a difficult experience contacting the service! Don't answer calls or emails! And I'm able bodied and IT savvy. Doctor Kranthi however is fantastic...if we can ever get to book in!!!!
I Found the doctors are good there but the reception staff need some more training while dealing the patients.
While I was on reception to pay in advance for my appointment, the reception told me that I have an overdue payment for year 2019. When I asked the details, they were not sure about the details of that visit. Sometimes saying phone consult, sometimes some other location of same practice.
I am not a person who visit the doctor and doesn't pay before leaving. I am having strong concerns that if I didn't pay in 2019 why didn't you send me a letter on month end or at least year end. How come all of sudden after three years on my visit you are telling me that I didn't pay 3 years before.
Reception was not able to understand my point of view and they keep asking for money. Reception told me that if I will not pay they will add in my notes that I refused to pay but I asked her to please mention by point of view as well which I hope will be missed there.
I asked the reception to either take this concern to practice manager or send me an email for this issue and then I will reply with the details but they never sent me email for my missing payments.
Surprised there is no process for running the practice.
I have always been treated with respect and dignity by ALL staff at this clinic and pharmacy.I have the utmost regard for this click and Dr Kranthi.Thank you so much
Unfortunately, I have to give this review. Also, looking at all other reviews shows action was not taken. I called yesterday to get a phone call appointment and the receptionist was rude and mixed-up all throughout the appointment.
When I asked if I could have a phone call doctor's appointment, she told me "we don't give phone call appointments." I told her I have had many phone call appointments with the doctor, and there were no issues. I had to spell my daughter's name so many times. She made me hold the line. She didn't ask first which doctor I wanted to have the phone call appointment with. She went ahead, telling me "you can't see these doctor because last week you talked to Dhana." I was told, you didn't ask me which doctor which I want to have phone appointment. . I wanted my family appointment. I told her I needed appointments for my husband, daughter and myself, and she asked why we needed the appointments. When I told her that my family had covid, she asked me questions like she was a nurse or doctor. She needs to give us appointments, not ask private and confidential questions. That's the reason we call doctors. Then she hung up the phone on me. Only she mentioned doctor will call me which time no idea. I have been coming for a long time, and the other Indian receptionist is very lovely and helpful.
I understand that doctors and nurses are very busy due to Covid being around. Even the doctor called back and it was not that helpful. It was a very bad experience. Also, they mixed-up all the appointments. The receptionist was rude.
The receptionists were extremely pleasant and the nurse was wonderful. However if you book an appointment and have to take an hour off work for the appointment and don’t even get seen it’s a huge waste of time. Extremely disappointed
