My name is Steven and I am writing to you because of my encounter with your management team of the slots. I was playing Saturday when I asked several waitresses for a cup of coffee, they told they are unable to do that for me and somebody will be by to take care of me. Now there was one nice waitress that got me a cup of coffee but then there no one at any point and time after that when I repeatedly asked. Now what get me further frustrated is your slot manger, That I spoke with today made an unacceptable excuse that it was because it was Saturday night because your so busy. Now I find this to be disturbing because, the people below him are looking at him for leadership. Now if he may need guidance to lead. There should not be any excuse for that correct the problem, apologize and recognize the problem.
A team works together and takes care of the customer no matter how big or how small the request is. Now I had to speak with your escalation team manager to resolve the issue. Now if the Team Manager of Slots had apologized to me, I would have let it go and wouldn't have brought to the attention of escalation team manager he resolved the issue but I wanted to make sure you have a hard copy of my complaint. Over a simple cup of coffee this why I made this complaint. I never had a problem anywhere I play Slots. I have had this experience only at Down Stream Casino. In the past and present. Please take corrective action make your customer feel special that they want to come back. Thank you for your Time.

We stopped in on the way through. Decided to sign up with their rewards. Got 5 dollars to start with. Won and left with $40. Fun little stop. Only did the machines since time was minimal so definitely try the tables if you have the time!
Came here to celebrate my girl's birthday. Had a blast! The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Emploees were very nice. The buffet was hands down the best I've ever had. Everything we ate was excellent, made to perfection. Very rare for a buffet
Can't wait to come back!
Staff was friendly, rooms were nice. More gaming tables open would have been nice. Didn't see a $5 blackjack table. $15 was lowest I saw. Maybe I want looking in the right spot. They probably wasnt using about a third of their tables. Food was good and lots of perks for players club. More signage on the place would help too. Hotel check in/entrance wasn't marked...had to ask. We had a good time tho.
I can only comment on the suites, as to that being the only type of accommodation we have stayed in here.
Unfortunately, the customer service has progressively declined over our last few visits.
Our hotel check-in experience was terrible. Staff was rude. We certainly didn't feel like valued guests.
And here's another example: a little after midnight, en route to our room, we stopped by the front desk to ask two questions. One, what time is check out? And two, to enquire about whether a late check out may be available.
Instead of being able to ask the first question, the gentleman working informed me he was busy, he was helping someone on the phone, was late to a meeting, had a band to check in, and then yelled for another employee to come out.
Not only would it have taken him less time to listen and answer my questions, but the lady who came out was even ruder.
Apparently, this hotel has turned into the type of establishment that one can pay for a room by the hour. When asking about the availability of a late checkout, we were told we could pay $25 for 30 minutes.
And lastly, let me include a couple photos.....both photos were taken in our suites bathrooms.
Kinda out of the way for me, but the rooms were nice and clean. The buffet was pretty good as well. Maybe I'm a bit old school, but I always feel like buffets in places like this are ultimately a bit high in price. It's definitely worth what we got. The shrimp boil was delightful. I have been there twice now and I will go back.
Easy to get to and just as easy to navigate. First trip here and everything was near perfect. I do feel like the buffet left a little to be desired as far as casino buffets are concerned. However, it accomplished what it needed. Hot food and great service. The room was immaculate and well maintained. You'd expect it to show at little age but that was not the case at all. The casino was clean and well ventilated. The staff was friendly and informative. As a former slot repair manager I find myself being a little critical of slots. My only "complaint" was wishing there were S2000's. I favor many of the older cabinets. With that said, there were plenty of options and many I had never seen before. I quite enjoyed the whole experience! Oh! Hit the bakery in the morning. Get down there early or you'll miss out on some really great options. It's appears to be quite popular. I had the eclair and it was stupendous. If you're within a couple hours I highly recommend Downstream for a weekend getaway. There are plenty of other features that I didn't get the chance to take advantage of, but I'm certain are great. I will be returning for sure.
I absolutely love this place. I've been there several times and always had a Great time. Staff are polite and helpful. I left my phone at one of the machines and they were very helpful and even walked with me looking for it. Security was great even though it was mine. I appreciate that. You can't go wrong with this casino.
