These guys are great! It was a random towing experience that led us to them. Even though we were not existing customers, they were understanding and kind about leaving our car so suddenly. They're very effective communicators, do good work, and even went so far as to apply a AAA discount that I had forgotten to tell them about initially retroactively against my next job with them. I highly recommend "Doctor" Don's!
The people here not only do great work, but they get it done quickly for a good price, and they're friendly too. It's awesome having a mechanic you can trust so close by.

Took my 2009 dodge challenger and they did an amazing job. Great employees and they took good care of my car after many bad experiences with dealership mechanics. They will be my to go guys for life.
I RARELY write reviews, but I felt compelled to write about the amazing service I received at Dr. Don's. My car has been having an issue for several months, and I had previously brought it to a transmission specialist. That place ran a diagnostic said they couldn't find an issue. Thinking I had ruled out a transmission issue, I brought it into Dr. Don's, who had appointments available within the week. After bringing it in, they called back and described the exact issue and that it had to do with my transmission. (Unbelievable that the first shop couldn't figure it out, but that's a separate story.) Because the fix required a transmission specialist, they recommended some places to take my car and said they weren't going to charge me a thing for their time! I will 100% be bringing my car back to Dr. Don's for service in the future, I very much appreciate their honesty and care for customers.

Rick knows his craft well and really cares about helping you get to the root cause of your problem. After he fixed several issues, we talked extensively about modding my Land Cruiser and he pointed me to welders/other shops that were reputable.

Seemed to do good work. Most of what I got done was fluid flushes so wouldn't notice much change in vehicle. Only reason wasn't a 5 star is that some of the work/parts replaced they didn't call ahead of time to let me know they were needed or that they were replacing. I had to call to get an update on my vehicle otherwise wasn't sure they'd haven't let me know it was ready or that they were still keeping it. I'm not against going back for other services but I, personally, may check out other places. They have a lot of good reviews and were friendly. Check them out for yourself.
Terrible experience. Just terrible. Went in with a camshaft sensor code that persisted after I installed a new sensor. I told them this but the guy who wrote the order didn't note it. So what did they do? Diagnose a new camshaft sensor that wasn't the problem. Then they didn't call me because the second guy couldn't read the first guy's handwriting. They wasted my time and shamelessly charged me $175 for fixing nothing without even an apology. So I installed a new alternator myself for $140 and fixed the problem.
