The amenities are that of a deluxe resort with a moderate price. Rooms are great with tons of storage. No breakfast table but a nice chair and desk that will double for meals. Shelving above the fridge for a “kitchen” area. Beautiful theme throughout. Feels like a true vacation destination! Hot tub is the best and maybe biggest on property. (In my opinion) Highly recommend.
My favorite’s : the gym, the bridge over the lake, the hot tub, the slide at the pool, Rix sports bar cafe, the customer service and the smell of the lobby!
In general, I don't judge hotels harshly because they can't control a lot of the issues and they usually are accommodating. It's a shame this one has created terrible issues that wouldn't have been found at a motel six and have horrible excuses for it. The main problem was the first day we went to the park I decided to wait to eat back at the hotel and order room service. Nothing said that wouldn't be possible, the hotel doesn't inform anyone in any way that food is only available at the restaurants until they close at 10pm. And all the vending machines didn't accept anyone's cards. So I was exhausted but couldn't sleep because I hadn't eaten in 24 hours until a cheap breakfast bar opened at the lobby about a mile from the building we were in on the opposite side of the property. The hotel doesn't care if you're starving, they won't do anything about the broken vending machines, and they won't allow delivery to the rooms. That night was so miserable, and the next day I was so exhausted it ruined the trip. They told me there's no room service because of covid, which was four years ago, and that's supposed to be reasonable. They have apps and the in room Alexa device that will have towels delivered to you every ten minutes, but because of covid four years ago you can't get an overpriced dollar store cheeseburger from them. Couldn't even get chips. There were other issues with the doors being broken and the pool slide being broken and closed, but that was the worst one with the worst excuse that would not have happened at a cheap motel. The good parts about the "resort" is all visual, it's very pretty. The room is pretty. Broken and without the basic survival needs, but pretty.
This was our first time staying at this resort and we absolutely loved it. One thing I did not like was the lack of interaction with staff. The mobile app allowed us to do everything we needed but seeing and talking with staff would've made it more personable.
The rooms were spacious and clean, the welcome on the tv with our family name was a nice touch. The pools were fantastic and clean. Most days were busy but we still managed to find a lounger. The restaurants unfortunately we did not get to experience because it was busy with cheer events so we could not get in but the quick service areas were fine.
This was a beautiful resort and would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.
10/10 stay would come again. Incredibly huge resort with lovely theming. We stayed in the ranchos and the rooms were clean and spacious with a lovely view of the lake. The hotel has 4 different restaurants to eat in and all serve very nice food. The staff are friendly and the hotel has great facilities. Our family would recommend this resort over and over again! Also a lovely rooftop bar you can view Hollywood studios from.
Great hotel if you are in the tower. I did not care for the motel style rooms, those are pretty much the same as the other hotels that cost considerably less. If you have younger children, I would recommend all stars or art of Animation as those are cheaper and as nice. Especially since they are more of a Disney themed room and remember, you are only sleeping in the rooms! Every waking minute with the kids will be in the parks!
this hotel is fantastic right in the heart of the Disney magic but Disney wasn’t pushed at you all the time so it was a great place to relax when you came back from the parks. I would say that this was a perfect resort for adults who enjoy Disney but do not want to live with it 24 seven the restaurants were great. The rooms were huge clean and very very modern the staff were attentive and the bars were fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who likes Disney but doesn’t want it continuously if there was one downside it would be transport parks because they only offer a bus service, however, we never had to wait more than five minutes for a bus , even after the fireworks
Our first stay at a Disney hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort!
From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the attention to detail throughout the resort.
Every corner held a surprise, making our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was fantastic, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the parks, and the variety of family activities ensured there was never a dull moment.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of magical. Their friendliness and dedication made us feel like royalty.
We can't wait to return to this enchanting oasis and create more unforgettable memories.
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort has truly set the bar high for future vacations!
The housekeeping staff was amazing! They really made our anniversary special!!
As someone with special dietary needs Disney is usually fantastic, but the quick service and a few other locations (basically anything open before 5pm) offered no real options. Toledo and Three bridges were fantastic, as always, though!
