Best WLM Reviews

This was our first time staying on Disney property and based on our stay at CBR we are big fans!||We stayed in an Under the Sea 5th sleeper room in building 37 in Trinidad, which we requested, and found it to be clean, light, comfortable and big enough for our family to stay in for 7 nights. Our 7 year old daughter loved the pull down child's bed which was the perfect size for her! Our 9 year old son slept in the pull down Murphy bed which worked really well for us as it transformed into a sofa by day, making the room feel bigger. There was plenty of drawers for clothes, although not much hanging space. There is also a large counter area which was helpful for making drinks and breakfast in the room. The air conditioner unit was pretty noisy, so at night we just used the overhead fan which was fine for April. Housekeeping was every other day.||The Skyliner really is amazing, and our room was only a few minutes walk from this. There is a Joffreys at the Skyliner station which was very much appreciated, especially on the rope drop mornings! We never had to wait more than a few mins for buses for MK, AK and DS, and always managed to get on straight away. ||The main pool area is great for families. It is well maintained, clean and has plenty of lifeguards on duty. We were always able to get sun loungers with shade. ||The quick serve restaurant is a little smaller than I expected for a resort so large but has a good selection of 'safe' and more adventurous options. We took a stroll up to Riviera one evening to use their quick serve and found it great to have this closeby for extra variety.||Being in Trinidad it was about 8 minutes walk to the main hub for the pool and quick serve, but honestly we didn't find this to be a problem, even for the kids after a long day in the park. The scenery is so beautiful and relaxing, its just nice being on holiday! But if you're really not up for the walk there is an internal bus that can take you to the hub.||We loved our week at CBR and would love to stay here again. I would absolutely recommend the Under the Sea 5th sleeper rooms for families with young kids.||And finally, the cast members throughout are incredible!
We decided to stay somewhere different for our Mother’s Day trip this year and we really enjoyed it. Knowing we wanted to do Epcot this trip for our quick weekend I wanted to take advantage of the Skyliner for transportation. It was perfect! We arrived early in the morning Saturday and were immediately impressed with Carlos, our cast member at the front desk. He was hands down one of the most helpful and kind employees we’ve ever met on Disney property. He went above and beyond to make our morning special from the very start. We arrived around 6am and were able to check in our room over in the Trinidad building. Our room was perfect for what we needed and slept 5 comfortably. (We don’t typically spend much time in the hotel room due to living close by). We went to the Skyliner prior to running one hour before the park opened and it worked out perfect since we were doing rope drop for Epcot. It’s an amazing option when you want to immediately head to both Remy and Frozen located in the countries. We were able to do both back to back with zero waits. The resort was beautiful and I loved how spread out everything was. The kids really enjoyed the main pool area as well. I would definitely stay here again. The resort was clean, the staff was amazing and the Skyliner option was worth the price point. Cheers!
Beautiful resort. Enjoyed the pool and walking around. The food court had tasty meals but the menu could be a little more varied. All staff were very friendly. Having the Skyliner made visits to Epcot and Hollywood easy and quick. The bus service to the other parks was great as well. Second time staying at this resort,
This was a good Disney property before the skyliner was installed about 4 years ago. The buses in my opinion takes too long to go to parks but the if leaving late, I would recommend a car service direct back. Room was good with a smaller child and pools were nice. Cafeteria on site was great as many selections of food. With the skyliner service now I would probably say it would be a great hotel and service was great.
We had such a wonderful time at this resort that it’s hard to imagine us wanting to stay anywhere else going forward! The staff were all incredible. Special shout out to Jeff who greeted us outside upon arrival and was so charismatic and welcoming and just so passionate about his job, immediately lifted our stresses away. From the moment we arrived, we felt the magic here. ||We are a family of 5 and stayed in one of the new under the sea rooms in building 37 of Trinidad. My kids loved the room theming. It was somewhat close to the skyliner and a 10 min walk to the main pool and main lobby and restaurant. We loved this location though as we even had our own little quick serve restaurant, the spyglass grill. It has a bus stop right outside so that was very convenient. ||Food options were great here. We mostly ate breakfast at the main lobby for Mickey waffles. The pizza is a must!!||Everything was super clean and rooms cleaned every other day. There are washrooms everywhere closeby, which is so necessary with young kids that need to go so often. ||My kids loved the main pool and activities and each island has a smaller quiet pool as well that we also enjoyed and again, each has a washroom right by the pool. The main pool has a nice sprayground for young kids with toddler slides as well. ||Laundry facilities in each island too that we utilized so we could pack lighter. ||We watched movies under the stars one night which was magical as the Epcot fireworks were seen in the background. Amazing how few bugs there are here. ||The grounds are beautiful and truly feels like the Caribbean with Disney themed Caribbean music playing. The vibe here was so relaxing. We are so glad we chose this resort and will definitely be coming back as the staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. Thank you Disney and staff at Caribbean beach for one of our best vacations ever.
This hotel is in a great location. The staff is super nice. My only complaint is there is a little bit of mold in the shower. It is around the faucet area and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash container. But a really nice location and a beautiful resort.
The room is ok. Very clean. The ceiling was cracked, the shower spigot would not turn all the way off. The room has a fridge, but no microwave. The room opens with a key card. We couldn't get it to open with a phone like it's supposed to. When I asked at the desk this was a known issue. All the staff were very friendly. There was staff all over the place at all times. Everyone seemed to be helpful and friendly. Plenty of washing and dying machines, use Google pay, no cash. Plenty of towels at the pools.
This is a great moderate resort with most of the amenities families look for. There is a sit-down restaurant on-site as well as 3 quick-service spots. We were in the Trinidad section and loved having in close proximity: a quiet pool, a quick-service restaurant and a Coca-Cola freestyle machine.
Housecleaning service wasn’t great and seemed to be off in their timing, but it’s not usually like this so it might just be a fluke.
The resort is large so there is a fair bit of walking to get to the main building or main pool. However, there are bus stops in all sections of the resort and our rooms were close to the amazing Skyliner.
