Best WLM Reviews

This was my daughter and I first visit. At 17 she wanted to visit Magic Kingdom while on our trip to Florida. From the minute I spoke to a cast member when we arrived our time was incredible. Our room was ready early so we were able to drop our bags and change before heading to the park. Our magic band order had arrived the day before which was great. The vast member showed us how to get them paired up and even helped us book our first lightening lane. Our room was lovely and the welcome banner on the TV was such a great personal touch. Our room was clean and roomier than I expected. The food court had so many offerings and the staff were very helpful. My daughter has a self regulated allergy and when she asked about one of the specialty drinks the chefs checked all the ingredients to make sure it met her need. She said that it was really nice that they care so much to go to so much effort. Every cast member we encountered were of the highest professional caliber. We have already begun planning our return and my daughter wants to stay at the same resort.
The perfect hotel for our needs. We stayed here last year and loved every minute of it. We were put in a room near the pool and lobby area which was ideal for us as it meant we didn’t need to walk far after a long day in the parks. All the staff here are sooo lovely and friendly, they go out of their way to ensure you’re having the holiday of a lifetime. I have previously stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge and Coronado Springs at Disney but have to say this hotel really is my favourite of the bunch. The food court was convenient and food was yummy. We are coming to Disney again next year staying at Port Orleans Riverside so hopefully will love that hotel just as much! Thank you for a lovely stay!!
My wife and I stayed here for our recent vacation. We stayed in a premium room first floor of football building. There was a cheerleading and dance competition program going on. So there was a lot of cheerleaders and dancers practicing all over the property. This was very inconvenient as the food court was blocked from other hotel guests. You had to walk completely around the building and come in from a different entrance to get in the food court. Our room appeared to look clean and updated. However, we found our bathroom was infested with ants the first night. So, we called the front desk and they had someone supposedly come the next day and couldn’t offer any room to move us to. Then two days later we noticed even more ants then the first night and they someone over that night to treat the room. Finally after that we didn’t see them anymore. Housekeeping threw one of our sovereigns bags away that contained a Christmas ornament. We thought maybe they thought it was a garbage? However, after speaking to the front desk supervisor she was able to have them replace including the personalization. The Disney buses were very convenient from here to the park and Disney springs. I would definitely stay here and recommend this hotel in the future.
You get what you pay for. This place was definitely in our budget. Didn't spend much time in the room. Everything was clean, and the service was awesome, accommodating, and exceedingly hospitable. Only complaint, the shower made a high-pitched screaming sound.
For being one of the "budget" hotels at Disney World, I had a wonderful stay here. My boyfriend and I came over the Easter long weekend and really used our hotel room as a place to sleep and get ready in the mornings as we spent all of our days at one of the parks. The beds were comfy, the room was spacious, and I loved the fact that there was a drink fridge so that we could store some small fruits and snacks that we bought while we were there. Our room was close to where the bus stops were so it made it easy to get up and go in the morning. ||The staff was wonderful and super accommodating, as well. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the cleanliness of the rooms. They only clean every other day (which is fine), but I still found the bathroom to be a bit dirty after cleaning.
The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the food at the resort is expensive and not very good. The refillable cups are great, but the machines are always out of syrup, and there is a foul smell coming from the area. The rest of the resort is great, it's one of the more budget friendly resorts, so it's exactly what it's meant to be. Service is amazing! Pools are nice and have lots of chairs and towels.
Great place to stay if you’re on a budget and want to stay on Disney property. We prefer the deluxe resorts, but stayed here for a couple nights this trip also. It’s hard to not compare the two, so I feel more negative towards Sports than if I never stayed deluxe.||The hotel is clean and you’re taken well care of. The rooms are small, but they have everything you need (minus a microwave but there is one in the food court). Beds, including the pull down, are comfortable.||We were in the home run section facing the pool. We were far enough away that it wasn’t all that noisy from the pool though. The location was nice. A little far from the main section, but nothing too bad.||We do enjoy the food courts of the values. They have much better options than a lot of the deluxes do. Although they don’t have a sit down restaurant, but we had two meals there and a mix of food and we enjoyed it all.|Buses to the parks were good for us. Didn’t have any issues, although we also weren’t trying to use them in the morning or evening major rushes.||Really the major downfall (even if you’ve never stayed deluxe) is the noise. The all star resorts (and values in general) are very noisy. Between the pools, the football field, and just all the kids/teens here in general it is very loud. We also heard our next door neighbors yelling at their kids multiple times during our couple days there.||We would recommend this place, or we would stay, for budget purposes or if you plan on spending very little time in the room. It’s nicely themed, clean, convenient, and you get all the Disney perks.
I absolutely loved this hotel! It's very conveniently located near all the parks, the Cafe had well priced food especially for breakfast, and the pool at the end of a long disney day was so refreshing. The rooms are cute and basic but very functional for a good night's sleep after the parks.
