I like the location because it's very accessible. The place offers variety for both adults and children. The restaurant food is very good, and they have many TV screens showing different games, like a sports bar. The play area is diverse, and the prices are reasonable. You can accumulate points to redeem them for rewards. They also have a nice new menu.
I recently attended a holiday work-event at this particular Dave & Buster's. I had never been to this location prior to this event, but it was easily the most unique in regards to the building and layout. It had a huge front entrance and the steps to go inside were enormous so it felt as if you were stepping into a grand ballroom.
Once you step inside, you are greeted with a huge bar and a bunch of tables and chairs towards the right side. If you turn left you step into the game area where it's literally a huge room with all types of electronic games, just like you would see at any other location. If you walked all the way to the back there are a few large rooms for events and large gatherings (i.e. Kiddie Parties)
The staff here were very nice and pleasant. We had a Mexican-type buffet that was actually pretty good! The food was definitely better than the Sanford rival Elev8, that's for sure! I got to play some of my all-time favorites games and had a blast. I felt like a kid again, even if was just for a few hours.

Service here is selective and nonexistent. I’m sure our food was good when it was hot. Too bad it was cold when we received it. Our waitress was the worst and she didn’t care.

I brought my 5 kids for the first time and they all got chicken tenders and I got boneless wings ( kids tenders with sauce)
Food was anti climatic and really expensive. Service was slow even though they had 10 waiters standing around.
Then the games were honestly pretty standard and seemed expensive. No wonder WED are busy because why would you go there any other day?

Had my sons birthday party, and the service and setup were great . They gave lots of table space and price was good as well .
Every Dave and Busters seems to have trouble with the table to chair height ratios. We were sat first at a booth that was too tight of a fit for people my size and had to be moved to chairs. The service was slow on drinks and food. The order came out wrong after along wait and the manager tried to apologize for it, but it was already getting late, and we hadn't even made it to the games yet. The one drink I got while eating was great. The servers told us that there wasn't a way to buy multiple loaded game cards at once, so we had to buy one at a time on a kiosk. This turned out not to be true, though. The man at the ticket booth was very full of himself also. This spot needs to work on its customer obsession and speed of service. Games were a lot of fun and the environment was fun and positive. Maybe just go for the games plenty of other places to grab food and a drink it is Orlando after all.
I went there the other night and we had a great time! Games are always fun. Very friendly and safe environment. They've even expanded and added more games. They have a great happy hour ????. Friendly staff. I love Dave and Busters
I've been to D&B but this one is definitely on my top list of locations. They are so busy that you better have patience because it's worth it. When a business is busy they are doing well. Big shout out to DAVID the manager, his energy and customer service made me and the family feel extremely welcomed! The vacation was well worth it $!
