The atmosphere is chill chic. So the passion is in the service and the food and it is mouth watering. Our server Daria was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable and clearly cared whether we had a memorable experience. An absolute must when visiting Miami
Ive been coming to cviche for years now and it never disappoints. Seafood is always fresh, the ceviches are delicious, service is top notch. Our server today was Ana and was very attentive and helped a large crowd make selections for our order today
Cvi.Che 105 is amazing! Looking at the menu, the food sounds fantastic and, it turns out, it truly is! Everything is fresh and delicious but also the portions are so hardy. Our server Angel was so personable and kind. He took time to go through the menu with us and suggest meals based on our liking. He smiled the entire time and was very attentive. A-1 experience. Would definitely return.
Always consistent, great food. Every time we ask a Miami native for a good ceviche? They always say this place. Big delicious portions of food!
This restaurant has great portions and I recommend being mi mindful of the sizes. Everything was authentic and delicious. I got the pasta verde and it comes with breaded meet and an egg on top. Then the appetizers are huge too and tasted amazing. All the sauces were different and tasty. Andres was a great host and when the reservation was still no ready the person in the front walked us to wait at a bar that had good AC as it was very hot outside. The ambiance is modern but they keep their traditions intact.
The food is average. Mixed starter was a good choice to try everything and we loved it. Unfortunately, the main dishes were not edible apart from the truffle rice that came with short ribs. The ribs themselves very very hard and the meat was smelly. We also had a main dish with fish, this was unfortunately a disaster too.
It was good to try it once but not sure I’m coming back. Service was very attentive - not complains here ????
We arrived later than we intended, closer to closing time, but we were never rushed. This was our second time eating here (we travel for business, but are rarely in Miami), and both times we were treated like VIPs. The service was impeccable!!! In fact, we were both astounded to hear that our waiter, Guillermo, had been working front of the house (waiting tables) for only a couple of months; he was attentive and professional, as if he'd been doing it for years.
The food, as always, was fantastic! Everything we ordered we thoroughly enjoyed, and had enough leftover to enjoy the next day for lunch too. The portions are NOT small. CVI.CHE 105 does not skimp; not on portions, and not at all on flavor. Easily one of the best restaurants in Miami Beach.
The food is amazing! And people here are so friendly, especially Siris treated us wonderfully during our meal! Fantastic place, highly recommend!!
