Our server Esteffany was amazing and knowledgeable about the menu. She was super helpful in helping us decide what to order based on our palette and what we carved. Food was superb and fresh. Beyond my expectation and will be returning over and over again.
I just had the most amazing dining experience at this restaurant in Miami! A friend recommended it, and it did not disappoint. We tried a stunning appetizer with five different ceviches, and it was so delicious that we didn't even need to order anything else. Yes, it was a bit pricey at $150, but it was totally worth it for the quality and quantity of food. The caipirinha was one of the best I've ever had, and our server, Harold, was fantastic. This place is top-notch and definitely on the pricier side, but that's to be expected in Miami. It's easily one of the top three Peruvian restaurants I've ever been to, and I highly recommend giving it a try!
Came a little after lunch around 3:00PM and our server Yazbeth made us feel so welcomed from the start, as she acknowledged the newly wed and congratulated them. The table spoke both English and Spanish and she was able to accommodate us all. Great experience with great food. Higher priced ticket but worth the quantity and quality of the food.
Atmosphere is great! Place is very nice. We had the pleasure of having Harold as our waiter and truly made our experience extraordinary. Very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Luis was attentive in all aspects. Thank you for the best service!!

The food is magnificent as expected. Every plate, every spoonful is there visually and flavor wise. Some portions on lighter side, but overall fantastic, and I will continue to attend cvi.che 105 every single chance I get in any city I can.
CVI.CHE 105 is one of my favorite restaurants! I always make sure to visit when I’m back home in Miami. Maria was our server and she was great! The food is always fresh and delicious !
