We stopped here for a quick shopping trip on the way back from an appointment. There was a nice selection of apparel stores that provided affordable clothing for my daughter to develop a work wardrobe. Although not everything was open at the time we passed through, there was still plenty of variety to satisfy everyone's needs.
Still a pretty good mall! Pretty large mall. I’ve been going here for as long as I can remember. Most of the mall is clean and there are many stores here for whatever you need. The food court is decent (and busy).
Large small around me. Life and I usually bring the kids to their trampoline park. The boys love it!
We tried the puzzle room at 5 wits at this mall. These puzzle rooms were interactive and fun for our family even our 5 year old enjoyed this place and was able to participate. The stores that we did go in and speak to the staff, the staff were friendly. The bathrooms were clean.
It started to die just after the pandemic. Recently though more stores have been moving in which is a good thing. It's nicely situated near Walmart, Michaels and of course the thruway
Had an amazing ???? meal at Maggie McFly's with my sister. My daughter enjoyed a giant cotton candy. The mall is ginormous and we had a fantastic time!
We went and got harrast by a hair kiosk on the first floor. After complaining to the office because they grabbed my arm and called me a "sexy lady" and started touching my hair. I told them no over and over and finally got away. When I talked with security they said they can't do anything so I called the mall and submitted a complaint. And I just now heard that they did the same thing to a friend of mine. Crossgates doesn't care about the customers. Just the money they get.
Lots to do there. Had a blast just shopping and playing
Florescent Miniature golf ,then went blowing.
