I had a computer that kept crashing on me every 60 seconds and it was driving me nuts trying to figure out the problem. I assumed it was a hefty virus from some too good to be true free editing software. He gave me a free consultation for a couple hours and made a diagnosis over the phone. He came over the next day and solved the problem within the hour. Low and behold, it was a hardware issue. The lad was very humble and offered a very reasonable price to replace the broken parts which he assured me was completely optional.
Unbelievable service from Shan. Knew exactly what the problems were with my Mac. Replaced the parts and back to me at a very reasonable price the next day. I wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else.
