Great stay. Came for a sports competition and stayed a few extra days. Pretty close to Disneyworld, noting the shuttles are no longer available. As of May 2024 an Uber one-way is between $8-$14 depending on time & availability. ||The resort is beautiful - several different buildings that can be hard to find when walking. Signage appears to be better when driving on the perimeter vs. walking along the pool & lagoon interior. Lazy rivers were really nice as air temp was over 95°.||Our condo was a 2 BR, 2 BA and huge! It was not updated but did have black appliances. I think they give priority to timeshare owners over renters. View was over a forest area and parking lot. Condo was clean, comfortable and quiet.||We were worried the timeshare sales team would be overwhelming, but the key is to “decline to corporate” right away at check in. We were told we lost a $400 credit by not participating in their welcome meeting but the tranquility of not being bothered during our stay was worth it.||For groceries, we did a curbside pick up from Publix. The resort also had a donate style box so those leaving can leave unopened food for future guests. ||NOTE: There are NO spices, herbs or condiments other than a teeny tiny salt & pepper shaker. No ziplock bags, no cooking spray, nothing. So be prepared to stock up if you plan to cook. ||At the pools, I was surprised there was no poolside server restaurant service. We would’ve ordered cold beverages & snacks if given the opportunity. ||Check out is unfortunately super early. We were able to secure 10:30 but you can only request late check out the day prior at 4pm. Coming from PST this is very early. ||Parking is free which is nice.||Overall, it is a nice resort with room renovations needed. We’d stay again.
This resort is breathtaking. Several pools, water slides, lazy river, walking trail, ice cream shop, Starbucks, restaurants, and the best bed I have ever slept in. The condo was wonderful. Having a washer and dryer was great. So incredibly close to Disney also. A Lyft to Disney was less than $15 including tip! I would stay here again and not even go to the Disney parks!
Stayed at tower 5 in a 2 bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room. They have cups, plates, utensils, colander, you name it.
Room is very spacious and comfortable.
Place was built in 2004 and is not the most modern. The lobby in tower 5 isn’t always open to talk to someone which is very annoying.
Pool was nice, lots of kids in the lazy river though.
Overall a great place to stay.
Rooms, location. staff (especially Hans!), and proximity to Disney Springs all excellent. Pools and hot tubs are great! Needs improvement with dining options and HC parking spots (limited and always full after 8pm). We were told locals "sneak in" on weekends but didn't notice issues. On-site BBQ spots were busy - hyper-cleaned every morning.
SO RELAXING!!! You don't have to leave the resort EVER!!! Fully equipped kitchens in rooms. A few restaurants on property to eat, from breakfast to dinner! Bar and grill, seafood, pasta, pizza spots, ice cream spots, smoothies, and bars throughout the pool areas. Not to mention a STARBUCKS!!!! Playgrounds, water splash pads, lazy rivers, OMG, you name it ... it's there!!! The staff and room service are amazing. 2 Koy ponds with a variety of turtles, bass fish, and ducks... My family and I stayed in a 3 bedroom suite! Super spacious and fully equipped. Also, there are a LOT of activities on the property to do with kids. They also have an arcade! Guys, bring your kids and enjoy this place! Disney and other attractions right in the backyard! Will be returning in June!!!
For the price, this place was just average. It was not busy, yet they gave us a room that had a poor view and it was quite the hike to the parking lot from the room. (I use a cane to walk)
The pool was nice. The room was plain, no decor. Although it had a kitchen and washer & dryer. It made me think of a tired resort. Bar and short order restaurant on site.
I mean, it’s amazing. It’s one of our favorite places. We have had many of our daughter’s birthdays there and it’s our #1 recommended resort for out of town guests. We just stayed in the presidential suite for my daughter’s quinceñera weekend and had a blast! Being a Wyndham owner has made our lives so much fun and has opened opportunities for making memories happen. I can’t recommend this resort more!
This place is beautiful but after being an owner paying maintenance fees every month and then a cleaning fee to book. Then using your points and they don't clean our entire stay terrible I'm on vacation I'm not supposed to make my bed make sure I have toilet paper and clean towels the only way we can get this service if we stay more then 2 weeks which is terrible. I think I'm going to sell my timeshare.
