We had a nice room with all of the amenities you would need for a few days stay. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It’s very conveniently located to Disney Parks as well. The resort has a lot of amenities and activities as well and while we unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of their offerings they did have a lot to offer everyday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.
It is a mediocre hotel charging big rates including a self park fee of $35US daily. The entire hotel needs updating, particularly the rooms. Rooms are only cleaned every second day and therefore the coffee and tea and water are accordingly replenished. The bed comfort was okay. Again, the sheets need updating. Indelible stains were on ours. The pillows were not great. Throughout the hotel, scant Christmas decorations so forget a festive feel. Two hotel-appointed men at a desk selling tickets to the parks had us believe they were offering a discounted rate but when it came time to purchase we were advised we had to watch a seminar for the rates. Sneaky. The pools are okay. The biggest one is freezing. The kids' pools are heated. The lazy river was nice but they ran out of tubes (they had 20 at most) and so that was limited. Upkeep of the outside properties could be better as well. My husband and I won't be returning.
I can't say enough about how much we love Bonnet Creek. The resort is beautiful. We feed the fish & ducks & turtles. We swim till we drop! We pool hop to different pools. The restaurant at the pool was great for lunch we got burgers. Arcade is fun at night. Ice cream is so good when it's hot outside. There's nothing bad to say about this place. 8 in our group & everyone loved it. I will add that we were on the side of fireworks this stay, & during the day, it's just a view of the parking lot. So if you prefer to drink your coffee on the patio in the morning as we do, you'd want to ask for the view of the resort. Otherwise, your view is only around 9 pm. when fireworks began. We liked it also but prefer the resort view.Can't wait to return
Beautiful timeshare resort with many amenities including multiple pools, mini-golf, playground, special events, small stores, and nice walking path around the lake often with visible wildlife. Plenty of parking and fast elevators to upper floors. The main drawback is sales pressure from the timeshare program - avoid it if you can.

We were very pleased with our room and all the amenities. Also, the sushi bar was great! And the breakfast buffet was really good too.
The only bad thing is that they add 18% gratitude at the restaurant, so the price that written is not the price you will pay at the end.
Love this place! I have stayed here many times and it doesn't disappoint. It feels like your living in an apartment. I feel right at home when I stay here. The service is amazing and everyone is really nice. It's close to all the Disney parks and resorts. It close to everything you need.
Wonderful experience for our family! We called after having a disaster at a previous hotel. It was the middle of the night, tired and scrambling with two small children. They quickly accommodated us and it worked out amazing. Staff were extremely kind and informative. Rooms were clean, safe and quiet. We will definitely be back!
Perfect location to go to the Disney parks. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. Everything is clean and taken great care of. We enjoyed the entertainment. I loved the fire dancing as well as the hula. The singer that opened was great as well. I noticed her on the TV for several days. That was fun.
