We arrived here and were pleased with our experience! The hotel staff working was extremely helpful and friendly! Loved the self check in option. But when a question arrive the customer service team was extremely helpful! The room we were assigned was very spacious with a cute little view of the circus tent. Cleaning staff were very busy with their work and they did great. We were able to get through all the activities and the husband loved the easy access to the gaming ..great experience and we had a great time.
Had a nice stay. Room was clean but a little worn. We had one window shade missing and there was no safe in the room. |Check in was great. |We really enjoyed all the options with the three connected hotels.|The do need to provide a map because it was sometimes hard to find the resturant you were looking for. |Ruth Chris steak house was outstanding. Service and food made our stay wonderful. Ate there twice.
Do NOT take your family here. My first room in the north tower had blood on the sheets and a test strip stuck to a table, and toilet paper stuffed in the peephole of the door. Staff was very busy but very nice and helpful and gave me another room in the north tower where I found drugs under the mattress. I washed my hands immediately and called security. They came up very nonchalantly and bagged it up, and I spent the next half hour in an ambulance to make sure I was okay. THEN I was escorted back in and they gave me yet another room, I was escorted by hotel security to my third room and they went in my room and checked the mattress' and closets and dresser for me. I was not taken to a manager or offered a refund. This is not a safe location, DEFINITELY NOT a safe hotel for children, or anyone really. Always CHECK YOUR MATTRESS! If I could give ZERO stars...
Edit/update: constant runaround trying to get a refund. Have been given multiple different phone numbers to call and still have not spoken to anyone in management directly for a resolution. Very poor customer service and management.
This review is specifically for the Midway Arcade/Amusement. The Circus Circus Midway offered a fun blast from the past, but it wasn't quite what I expected. The arcade felt a bit dated compared to places like Round 1. There wasn't a huge variety of games, and it seemed smaller than I had pictured.
On the bright side, the employees were friendly and helpful. Plus, free parking is a major win, and the food court had a wide selection for everyone's taste buds.
Overall, it's definitely worth checking out the Midway at least once, especially if you've never been. It's a classic Reno experience. However, with a limited selection of games and a dated feel, I'm not sure I'd rush back unless they update it in the future.
My family and I enjoyed everything! We were treated with kindness. The only thing that we didn’t get to do , was see, and buy souvenirs . However , wonderful memories. ||From , the time we parked in the garage we were tired , exhausted from the long ride . We checked in and the front desk clerk. She was very helpful and friendly. Fast forward we slept well and woke up refreshed. The room was cleaned and neat. | I remember it differently prior to the pandemic. Room service was available. Not now ???? wanted to see my family and with a full out of town experience. Room service!! I say this Respectfully.
Went bowling and stayed for 4 days. First time here at Circus Circus. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Got lost a few times since 3 casinos felt like one. But I got used to it. We had a great time when I was not bowling we hit the casino and we won money which was a plus. I would stay here again for the friendly service and the food, we had everything we needed without driving around town. Thanks Circus Circus for a great time.
The rooms were comfortable. A little noisy, but by 8 p.m. it was very quiet.
The food was good. A good variety in the food court.
I would recommend this hotel.

Great location in the center of downtown. Clean rooms with attentive and friendly staff. The Midway is a lot of fun for the whole family and the casino games are decently loose. There are obvious cosmetic upgrades that are needed everywhere but for the price you really can’t beat Circus Circus.
