Overall, customer service was good. The beds were so comfortable pillows. Very fluffed temperature in the room was perfect when we got there. Her family comes here all the time and will continue. The staff is always nice. The food is delicious. The calamari at the steakhouse is amazing. You have to try.
liked the most about here was the staff and service. It was really wonderful. They treated us with kindness and were friendly towards Deaf people (us!)
The only downside was the room itself- not clean enough and there was a lot of damaged equipment, furniture, lights, and general setting. Non smoking area still smelled of smoke (so much) that it irritated my asthma. The bed was not great and the pillows sucked. For the price I was paying, I expected better. Los Angeles hotel with the same price would have better amenities and quality of bed, bedding, and pillows. The bathroom shower needed descaling and was disappointing. The makeup mirror did not work.

This hotel was okay for a quick overnight stop on the way to Yosemite. I appreciated that the room felt clean. It’s hard to escape the smoke smell, and it really bothered my husband and me. The crazy security measures in place actually left me feeling unsettled. Not being familiar with the area or the casino, I wondered if it was unsafe: the security guard checked our IDs every time we went to our room. I’ve been to hotels where you have to show a room key or need to scan a room key to go up in the elevator and that is fine, but this felt like overkill. I also had to have my temperature scanned every time I entered the hotel/casino. During the pandemic, I was perfectly fine with this practice and I was all about safety. But, the pandemic is over and having my body and face scanned felt extremely invasive and unnecessary.
This was my first time to Chukchansi casino. It was nice casino. Bigger than I had expected. It was clean and fairly cigar friendly. I liked how it had vaulted ceilings. The smoke seemed to go up which was nice. I would like to come back and visit again. The Cafe was good as well.
My husband and I came here for our 26th wedding anniversary. The hotel was great and the service was exceptional! We had a nice dinner at the steak house and had fun winning on a couple of slot machines. We also received gifts from accumulating points on our rewards cards and as first time rewards members. We’ll definitely be back! : )
We chose to spend our anniversary at Chukchansi. Our room was very nicely laid out and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed and worry free. |We had dinner Thursday evening at the Noodle House and voted it one of our all time favorites. And we eat sushi often. |My only constructive comment is we traveled 3 hours to get there and went to bed late. The Buffet did not serve any breakfast or brunch at 11 AM on weekdays. We were disappointed. The food was okay but we were not impressed. The Mexican restaurant that was there before was better.
The rooms are amazing! The buffet is delicious . The service couldn’t be better. The shower heads are the perfect balance of soft and hard. House keeping is fast and efficient. The coffee service downstairs by rooms makes it easy to get coffee in the morning.
When I hit the jackpot that was so fun I don't always have the luck....
Food is wonderful, especially like the place where you can go. Get a hot dog and the manager it's just wonderful.
Sometimes the smoke is a little bit heavier. I wish that there air fresheners would work over load, But definitely a friendly staff all the way around.
I have not stayed in a room yet I have yet to try this.
