I have driven here for the day but mostly drive up and stay a few nights. The staff is so friendly and helpful at check in and for any other thing you may want or need. There is security guard at the elevator to check that only registered guests can get to the hotel floors. During the summer there is an indoor/outdoor pool. With a Jacuzzi indoors and one outdoors.
The rooms are always very clean. They are nice and spacious. They have two towers for the rooms. I have stayed in both and would not recommend one over the other. They are both equally close to the casino.
The casino has a bar in the center for you to buy alcohol drinks. Plus waters are given freely.
I would say that the casino has more and better payouts then most casinos in the central valley.
The surrounding area is a beautiful. Mountain setting yet the drive to it is not a winding road with curves you have to worry about and a lot of passing lane sections for those who like to drive faster then others.
What did I miss. Oh yeah. Become a rewards member. Nothing you have to buy just collect your rewards from gambling. My last trip I got enough points for a beautiful soft blanket. I won a t shirt in the free slot tournament and have enough rewards points that I ate at the all you can eat restaurant for free.
Have never run into a rude employee. I like all that I have run into or dealt with.

MY family and I were on an adventure and stopped here to stay a couple of nights. The parking was easy and the staff in and out were fantastic. |THIS place is absolutely gorgeous..|We felt like we were in a Hallmark movie. |We had dinner at the buffet. Pricing was not bad at all and well worth it. Everything was fresh and hot. |THE ROOMS were clean and roomy. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows....|We also had breakfast in one of their many restaurants. The taste was great and Very hardy...|WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RECOMMENDING TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND TRAVEL BACK OURSELVES.
There's a wide variety of old and new slot machines. Your money will last longer here than at Table Mountain. Every time I come here, I see people winning bonuses and actually winning. I've visited Table Mountain several times then they opened up their new casino, and I'm just not seeing people win anything at all. Better just come here if you want to have fun gambling.
the design of the entire facility is just amazing. every detail was built into this hotel-casino. the views of the mountains or valley are spectacular. the restaurants offer a quick pizza or chilli dog, to buffet all you can eat to the fine upscale dining at the vintage. the staff are simply the greatest people. we stay here every month for a fun time and to enjoy the spa treatment and heated swimming pool.
We’ve been coming to Chukchansi for more than 20 years. Used to be a beautiful hotel and resort. Sorry to say this place has really took a total downfall. The room was sloppy . Curtains had holes, there was an empty place in the cabinets tht looked like something was ripped out. Always have a problem with the tv remote ( easy fix, yes. But everytime we book a room?) Phone didn’t work. We let them know early on in our stay for two days. Never fixed. The rooms have censored lights, which normally are nice. Not here. Constantly going off and on throughout the night. Kept us up. The overhead light works for 5 seconds before just going off.|On to the food. Bakery and the 50’s diner, Noodle bar, are your best bet. Forget the buffet! Expensive and totally not worth it. I would rather eat at Taco Bell. Jeez wht a shame Chuckchansi owners and managers! |We’ve been telling our friends to go to Table Mountain Casino instead!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The amenities, particularly the pool area, were exceptional. The pool itself was pristine, complemented by inviting hot tubs that provided a perfect place to unwind. Chris the host assisted me in securing the reservation, and I greatly appreciated her help
The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were attentive and ensured that all my needs were met promptly. Towels were readily available at the pool, and in my room, I found an ample supply of shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and extra towels whenever needed. Additionally, complimentary bottled water was provided, which was a thoughtful touch.
The beds at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino were incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. They were not only cozy but also very accessible for elderly guests, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay for everyone. The attention to comfort and accessibility truly added to the overall positive experience at the resort.
Despite the resort being quite busy, the staff's efficiency never faltered. Each time a worker finished assisting another guest, they quickly attended to me, always with a courteous apology for any brief wait of a minute or two. This level of service truly made my stay remarkable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino for anyone seeking a luxurious and well-serviced getaway.
Great service, clean rooms, and it was quiet. I had a great stay. Only thing I wish woulda been better was if I actually had a view of the mountains like I paid for. My view was more of the roof top with pipes and maintenance stuff going on. If there was a view I couldn't notice cuz the roof top takes away from everything else. I'll stay again for sure. It's very clean and I like that
Went there for Thanksgiving Buffet, it was packed but we got seated fairly quickly. Food was great, a lot of good variety. My favorite was the Mexican cuisine section, they had Birria! ????
