I really love going to this place, but recently am very disappointed in the front desk customer service. We have frequented this hotel for years. Now they tell me I can’t make a reservation through the front desk. They want to make me spend 30 minutes making a reservation on the reservation line. The last time I did a reservation that way, it literally took two whole minutes just to spell my name. This is unacceptable. I understand that there are busy times at the front desk, but not ALL day long. I’ve been to the front desk many many times where there is nobody in there. This makes me want to go somewhere else. I have better offers at other casinos. I just like being at the ocean.
Stopped for a few hours to play slots and stayed for Dinner.
Very clean, fast service. Staff was highly appreciated. They made everything easy. ( except the older lady at the buffet) other than her, the waitstaff was always working hard and very helpful.
Was fun watching people in the wind cash machine.
Soda and coffee machines was nice so we didn't have to wait on anyone.

All the rooms I have stayed in have noticeable unfixed damage or stuff on walls or ceilings that haven't been cleaned. Views are great. My room this weekend was missing the entire screen on the 3rd floor. But the beds are comfy. You can have a shuttle pick you up and take you to the casino. Overall I like staying there, I just wish the rooms felt like they were cleaned better.

The bathroom door was had to slide shut all the way and the bathroom tube did not drain during my shower. The staff made us feel so welcomed. We asked for a fan and the staff brought us one super fast.

Love this place! both casino and rooms were as expected ????, very happy and pleasant experiences each time visiting. My only complaint ????I did a survey and earned free play by the time I started to use it expired and I only used $5. of $200. But I still came back to stay again a will in the future ????
It's a pretty small casino, but pretty famous for being on the Oregon coast and being able to get oceanfront rooms. Where the ocean is just steps away. It's a nice little casino, but I'm sad that they removed the water feature that used to be inside. It has kind of dulled up the place, but I suppose most people aren't there for the view.
The casino was our destination, and it was awesome well worth the journey from Salem in an effort to entertain my son, who is visiting from Texas. I'm sure we will return next time he visits for more fun! Btw, we played $200 on slots. Never really got any machines to even play with us. They basically just took our ????. It wasn't our night to win, obviously, but I would've liked to at least win some back so I could continue playing at least. A little back and forth would've been more entertaining.
We've visited the casino before - this was the first time we stayed. Although our room was small with no ocean view - this is what we opted for, and it was perfectly adequate, although not very sound proof. We enjoyed the lovely view from the casino restaurant while having dinner. We would stay again.
