Best WLM Reviews

I really loved this casino. The number one reason is that it is smoke free. It's so nice not to have you clothes and hair smelling like smoke when you leave. The other thing I enjoyed was how clean the facilities are kept. You can enjoy a nice sunset for the parking garage and also while I was watching there was a live band playing outside. It was really good thati got $20 free slot play for it being my first time there because recently I found when I go to new casinos that don't offer you anything for slot play.
Casino Del Sol offers an experience that's the closest you'll get to the glitz and glamour of Vegas in Arizona. The casino features a stunningly painted artificial sky that adds to the vibrant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the poker room was empty with no games running during my visit. However, there were a few blackjack tables active and an impressive array of slot machines.
Dining options are plentiful, though only one restaurant was open at 2 AM. The smells from that spot were incredibly inviting. The hotel lobby is as impressive and gorgeous as the rest of the casino, reflecting the upscale ambiance throughout. Parking is ample and clearly labeled, making it easy to find a spot.
I was disappointed to find the pizza joint closed since I had enjoyed it on a previous visit. I’m looking forward to grabbing a slice next time I'm there.
Nice property, and good location. Really liked the pool area with the fire pits at night. Spa was really nice. Had an express facial and it was heavenly! Casino offered several different machines and had a bright, vibrant atmosphere. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Hotel staff was friendly. Ate a delicious pastrami sandwich from the deli one night. The other restaurants were too pricey in my opinion so we didn't eat at them.
This place is really nice to go to. The rooms are comfortable showers were amazing and the pool is beautiful and you get service. They have bingo poker slots I've had a lot of fun with my family. At night they have a dance floor in the casino where you can have fun. If you want to get away I think this is a great place to go there's a lot of things to do.
Stopped here for some little R&R and ended up meeting some wonderful people and casino workers here while enjoying some bingo. Can't rate the rooms because we didn't stay the night. Games are plentiful and fun. Music was good as well.
We stayed three nights at this hotel. It was clean and we loved the layout of the Casino. It was designed beautifully as if you were walking through a Tuscan village with restaurants and shops on the perimeter and games and machines in the middle. Despite the lovely casino, we had some major disappointments. ||CUSTOMER SERVICE. We did not feel like we were welcomed and valued guests of the hotel. This began on day one when we checked in and lasted throughout our stay. In most hotels, the staff greet their guests with a warm smile and a they go out of their way to make you feel welcome and show you that they appreciate you choosing their hotel. At Casino del Sol I do not remember being greeted once by any staff and we definitely never got a smile from anyone. Literally, everyone from housekeeping, waitstaff, to the front desk staff were cold, uncaring and simply transactional. ||POOL - You are required to get a new wristband each time you enter the pool area, and if you take the band off overnight, you are required to bring the old one back to the front desk for an exchange. The front desk staff we encountered were cold and distrustful of us when we tried to get a new band without the exchange because we either lost it or housekeeping may have taken it. This is not how a guest wishes to be treated. One front desk staff person by the name of Amber made us feel guilty and distrusted and unwelcomed because we didn't have our bands. She coldly stated hotel policy that we are required to turn in the band we were given upon check in and no exceptions could be made. My spouse found one band and brought it down and asked nicely if we could please get another one for me so that I could got to the pool as well and apparently the manager approved it. However, when I went down to get it Amber gave me the stink eye and did not utter one word to me. ||ROOM - Room was nicely appointed and had a lovely sofa in front of the window. I liked the shower and the automatic light in the closest. The bed had valleys in it and was starting to show it's age. It was not the most comfortable. |I would prefer a Smart TV that I can cast my own subscription services like Netflix, Prime, Etc.. but that is a minor inconvenience. ||RESTAURANT - We ate at Moby's and big kudos for having a 24/7 restaurant. I ordered the 2 egg breakfast and the 'hash browns' were basically tater tots and the bacon tasted like it was cooked 2 days ago, but otherwise it was fine. I really appreciated having a place to eat at 5am. I want to try the buffet before I leave. ||Well there you have it. If you don't mind being treated like you are an inconvenience then this hotel is for you.
Great place to stay for our guys' golf trip. We played the course here as our second round on two separate days. We had twilight rates and sunset views on a great course. The steak bar is a great place to watch games, grab a good steak with wine, and then have a nice bourbon. There is also a quiet bar tucked near the elevators. If you get Aaron as your barkeep, ask him about his little scissors.
I try and look at the best in everything, so here is my review. A conference I was attending scheduled this hotel. We had a block of rooms. I know that you aren't guaranteed a room even in the block as they only hold the estimated amount. However for 2 ish months their booking system was down and you couldn't call or reserve online. Then when their systems were back up to book , nothing was available at the main hotel where the conference was being held. Okay they have the Estella right on the same property and a "short" walk to the conference. Okay that's fine, however now I cannot enjoy time with my group by the pool or fellowship with the people who were able to get a room in the main hotel as I am booked into the other one .
They were not once helpful or accommodating behaving more as if you don't like it we don't care. Which is the exact rude behavior I received when I went to check in not realizing that they have two check ins. Apparently the Estrella guests are beneath courtesy and treated as a bother and not to be treated with warmth or joy. Seeming more like an annoyance, when asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor asked what we wanted and couldn't be bothered to come speak to me. I also received the same treatment on the phone when booking to try and get a room.
While the Estrella is clean the beds are hard and linens are also scratchy. I know my review nor my opinion doesn't concern them, but I want others to be aware of the stark contrast in customer service and rooms. ( My friends rooms were definitely nicer and beds better)
The two properties are not the same, they have different pools and accommodations. While the main hotel is better appointed the Estrella and customer service of those guest is a Best Western at best.
If you are looking for a cheaper room and don't mind being treated treated with disdain stay at the Estrella.
