I love coming to Caesar’s Palace every time, truly a gem in the heart of Las Vegas! From the moment you step into the grand lobby, you’re transported to a world of luxury and elegance. The location is perfect, right on the Strip, making it easy to explore other attractions.
The casino is vibrant and offers a fantastic variety of games, ensuring there's something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere—it's lively yet classy. The shops are top-notch, featuring everything from high-end designer brands to unique boutiques.
Dining options are abundant and superb. I had an unforgettable meal at one of the fine restaurants, where the service was impeccable. Whether you crave a casual bite or a gourmet experience, Caesar’s has it all.
The pools and spa facilities are also a highlight, providing a serene escape from the bustling casino floor. Overall, Caesar’s Palace combines entertainment, relaxation, and luxury in a way that makes it an unforgettable destination. Highly recommend!
They really beautiful hotel/shopping center. They have many yummy foods and restaurants available. We went to Carmine’s and it was so good walking around is so fun. They have all the luxury items you can have felt very clean. lots of beautiful sites to see a lot of beautiful artwork and sculptures as someone who has been to Italy I felt like the artwork was so top-notch and beautiful however it can’t get pretty crowded so just be mindful. The bathrooms were downstairs and the soap they used smelled so bad so that’s something I would change overall recommend to look around and walk around.
I had an amazing stay thanks to Ryan, who generously provided us with a free premium upgrade featuring a partial strip view. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, making for a comfortable experience. Check-in was incredibly smooth and fast, setting the tone for our visit. Overall, the customer service was top-notch, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
We loved staying at the Caesars! After walking around other hotels, this was THE BEST!
Rooms were good, and a decent size. The bathroom was a good size but small things like bulbs not working, or housekeeping not leaving enough towels were a bit annoying! You can tell its an older property and could use some upgrades, but nevertheless compared to other places it was a gem!
The hotel does not provide any basic amenities like coffee pods etc., be sure to buy or take your own. My kids were excited to see snacks at the mini bar, and touched them so we got charged at check out due to the activated sensors showing that we may have used them. We had to call someone to inspect the minibar so we could get those charges off our account. So DO NOT TOUCH if you're not going to consume anything.
Housekeeping was not the best. They did not wipe counter so anything, basically just made the beds and replenished towels etc.
All in all, if I went back to Vegas this is where I would stay. The restaurant options were amazing within the hotel, and the shopping mall and the overall shopping experience was great! This hotel has the best vibe and ambience compared to others!
Hope this helps!!
My wife and I stayed a total of 8 nights at Caesars Palace between mid and late October, and overall, we were very impressed. We initially stayed in the Julius Tower, and upon our return, we had a room in the newly renovated Palace Tower. Both rooms were exceptionally clean and spotless, with attention to detail that made us feel right at home. The housekeeping staff did an incredible job, and we appreciated how well-maintained everything was in both rooms – it added a layer of comfort to our stay that made a real difference.
The variety and choice of restaurants were also a highlight, offering everything from fine dining to casual bites. There’s a definite energy at Caesars that you feel as soon as you walk in, and it has a more upbeat and vibrant atmosphere than many of the other hotels on the Strip. The footfall added to the ambiance, making it feel like a true Las Vegas experience.
That said, the prices for drinks and food were extortionate, which seems to be par for the course on the Strip now in 2024. Another minor downside was that not all the swimming pools were open, which sometimes made it difficult to get a sunbed, even though we’d paid a resort fee for pool amenities. However, we appreciated the $50 gift card they gave us for returning – a nice touch that showed they value their returning guests.
Overall, despite a few drawbacks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Caesars Palace for its clean, comfortable rooms, excellent dining choices, and lively atmosphere.
I recently stayed at Caesars Palace (Palace tower) for a work conference and overall had a positive experience. The rooms are clean and spacious, with great views that really enhance your stay.
However, I did encounter a few maintenance issues. One of the light bulbs was burned out, the tub plug was broken, and the AC struggled to keep the room cool. The outlets also didn’t hold my phone charger very well. While these things didn’t bother me too much, it’s worth noting.
On the plus side, the housekeeping was excellent, keeping the room in pristine condition daily. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were soft and cozy, making for restful nights. I enjoyed soaking in the tub after a long day, although the water pressure was a bit lower than I would have liked, which made filling it take longer.
One downside was the fridge space; it was completely occupied by mini bar items, so I couldn't store anything else. Overall, despite the minor issues, my stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend Caesars Palace for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Las Vegas.
We had a fantastic stay! We took a Thanksgiving cross-country road trip with our kids and chose Caesar’s Palace as the place to rest our heads after a long day at the Grand Canyon. We were initially concerned about staying here with our kids, but we wanted them to see the lights and beautiful architecture of this stunning hotel-casino. Our children were treated wonderfully and welcomed!
We arrived later at night, around 9 PM, and check-in was a breeze. We went straight to our room. Our room was quiet and cozy and beds were comfortable. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious for the four of us.
I cannot speak about the casino or bar areas since we stayed away from those, but they looked like great places—packed and lively. We parked with valet service to avoid any stress about parking, and they took care of our mini van ???? !
Thank you!!
We just left Caesars Palace right now. Our reviews are mixed. 1st the highs. The service was top notch, up and beyond. The restaurants were fantastic. This was the things that really turned us off and why we would not return. When we first walked in it was beautiful however the smell of cigarette and cigar smoke was so powerful in everywhere. It made my fiance sick she kept coughing over and over and over. No matter where we walked in the hotel we had to pass through the casinos and that's where the smell of smoke was the strongest. Be aware do not touch the refrigerator if you move anything if you open it up they will charge you $75. We took the waters out and replaced them with our own Ginger Ales we put them back in at the end and they told me refrigerator is not contaminated. And everything has to be replaced. I argued with them and told them I found in the refrigerator a carton of cream that was 3/4 empty and we have touched it that tells me staff did not do their job in restocking the fridge. They did accommodate and remove the charge. I don't regret going I'm glad we did but because of the smoke we will not return
