Best WLM Reviews

We came here recently with the whole family and we loved it. We love the pools the food. The little shops in the casino are great. We got an ice cream s’mores at a place inside and damn was it good. I would come back just for that. Tables are a little pricey but worth it for the ambiance. Highly recommend it. We will return again.
The rooms are an interesting combination of nice but unmaintained. Overall we really liked the space that our room provided and the higher end bathroom and furniture. However, elements like the headboard with the silver coating in the fabric peeling off and a hole in the wall in the bathroom really detract from otherwise great room. We had no noise issues in our room though!
When we checked in we also discovered that the hotel had overbooked the king bed rooms were and our friends had purchased, and we had to accept double queens instead.
The pool area is fantastic, as are the restaurants.
My recent stay at Caesars Palace Las Vegas was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I entered the grand lobby, I was transported to a world of luxury.
The room was beautifully appointed, with elegant furnishings and breathtaking views of the iconic Las Vegas Strip. Every detail was carefully thought out, from the plush bedding to the spacious marble bathroom.
Throughout my stay, the staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Whether I was dining at one of the many world-class restaurants, lounging by the pool, or trying my luck in the casino, the service was impeccable.
The hotel's central location made it easy to explore all that Las Vegas has to offer, with countless entertainment options just steps away.
Overall, my experience at Caesars Palace exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Las Vegas.
Stay away from here. It's only going to be disappointing. If you need proof: check which reviews the business is replying to: right! Only the good ones, not the bad ones. And this is exactly the kind of service you will receive here.
The competitors are way ahead.
1. Late check in at 11:30 pm, the line was long enough but once we got to the front desk around 12 pm ish - it took an hour to find available rooms and get us checked in. Why book a stay if it then takes so long to give us a room?
2. The room was missing towels, toiletries, and after the use of one tissue - well the tissue box was empty too.
3. We complained via phone and got promised a call balk- guess what: no one's calling back.
4. Our sinks won't drain. Which could be easily fixed if anyone would actually check it.
Today we asked to check out 1 hour later since we got a later flight which we were told costs $60. This hotel room is not worth $60 an hour. An entire night is not worth $60.
Stay away from here. The competitors are way ahead.
Clean and luxurious room. Wonderful staff. Beautiful facility in a great location!|The casino has all our favorite machines and they all worked perfectly. Drinks were readily available.|Everyone was polite and helpful. Completely positive experience all around!
Was on our honeymoon and booked the king bedroom. They gave us a room with 2 queens. They asked if we wanted to upgrade the room to a different category room for an additional +$100. They charge for all kinds of seats at the pool ($800/pool lounge daybed with the top cover that seat 4 people). Only the cheap pool lounge chairs with no cushion are included in the $50/day resort fee. The fridge in the room is not usable because it is being stocked to the max, and you can not remove it without breaking the seal. Just feel like they are trying to get every dollar from you. Doesn't feel welcome and definitely not a 5-star hotel. Will not come back and do not recommend it. Our friends were at Linq and it was good for fractions of the price.
My husband and I visit Vegas once or twice a year. This is the first time staying at Caesars. We checked the reviews and the biggest con people talked about was how much walking inside the hotel to the different towers, to the polls etc. Honestly it wasn't bad at all. There are little cut through ways to get where you're going faster. The pool was really nice and they had several to choose from. However, it isn't worth renting a daybed especially on a weekday. Plenty of food choices although on the expensive side. Lots of slots. We upgraded to a suite and it was well worth it as it was my birthday. One thing I didn't like was I had leftover chocolate truffles on the night stand and they were thrown away. Overall, great stay and would stay here again.
Well known place in Vegas. Unable to share any surprising info. We enjoyed our stay here. Our wedding were here also. All services was fine. Car rental service is available inside the hotel. Shops, food and drink, room service also available. All is fine, hope we will have the chance to come back again! Room prices were reasonable in my opinion.
