This is not the most convenient location for a casino resort hotel but they are just that good!
Huge casino and hotel with a ton of amazing offerings like a golf course, day spa, and many luxurious amenities and services. One of the largest casinos in California despite being off the beaten path. Huge draw for their top billing entertainment and promotions. This is one of my favorite casinos for a relaxing getaway or to see a favorite group or comedians in concert. You owe it to yourself to check it out, bet you'll be glad you did!
If you like gambling. Not my thing. Food was excellent . I had roast duck with noodle soup. It was very good! Only thing I didn't like was people smoking inside the casino.
Visiting from Michigan. Beautiful facility and location. Casino is huge and has a non-smoking section, which is appreciated. We enjoyed our visit and made a large donation. Impressed with the cleanliness of the casino machines and floors. We did not stay overnight, so we can't comment on the hotel. We did visit two of the restaurants and found them just OK. Our sandwich was a bit soggy due to the plastic clamshell container. However, it was edible. Thank you for an enjoyable afternoon!
We have always loved staying at Cache Creek. The rooms and restaurants have always been so nice. The winnings are few and far between thought. ||We enjoy the pool and loved the buffet. Disappointed on how it is open only two days a week. ||||Prices for the rooms are doable weekdays but the weekends are outrageous with prices from $600 and up over $1000!||||We stayed last night and ate at the cafe. Food was poor. Meatloaf was hard on the edges as in old as well as the green beans tasting old. ||My Cobb salad was wilted and and tasted off. ||||Later that night, we found a fat tick crawling on my pillow as well as two more in the bed in the morning. ||||Reported the issue. They took a report and offered us an upgrade next visit. ||They were just covering their ass. Did seem to believe us because we didn’t take pictures. ||Wish we had but my first instinct was to kill it and flush it down the drain.
We had a family dinner set at C2 Steak house and seafood, traffic was horrible and running late. Place was busy, but I was very impressed with Mani and his Manager. They patiently waited, service was amazing. Great atmosphere and staff were exceptionally friendly and very polite, excellent dinning experience. Mani went above and beyond.
The rooms are nice some better views than others. Service very good. Some managers need people skills. But there are others that are understanding to all your needs.All around this casino is a beautiful place to be at.
Clean, great, helpful staff, friendly security. Easy for seniors with mobility issues to navigate around. Great machines with phone charger ports on them. Comfortable seating. Good restaurants. $20 bonus play for new reward members. Very watchful security and staff. Laid back environment..beautiful secluded location with bus transportation to.and from the resort. Wonderful Vinyard scenery. Good crowd of people. Bring mask if you don't like smoking. Complimentary soda and water. Very relaxed. Really like it.
Beautiful rooms. Both the North and the South Towers have their own unique features. As for service on the casino floor, I was a bit disappointed when I had a problem with my rewards card and my friend mentioned maybe they could comp us some food or drinks. The lady helping us gave my friend (who had no issues), a food voucher, and I was not comped whatsoever for my rewards card issues. Glad my friend got something out of it at least????
