Hubby and I just went for one night, but would absolutely go back! Rooms are very reasonably priced, quiet, clean and spacious. Hotel itself was really nice and well kept. Everyone working there seemed super nice. Casino was pretty large with tons of games but NOT tons of smoke! We were amazed the next morning that our clothes did not smell of smoke at all! Property grounds are expansive with gorgeous views.
We really enjoy Cache Creek Casino and have stayed here many times even though it’s a 2 1/2 hour drive for us. Slots: sometimes I leave with SEVERAL hand-pays…sometimes I leave broke! IT’S GAMBLING! |The rooms are really nice and they are clean and very comfortable! I have always felt safe there. There are several restaurants. Not all are open every day, so if what you want to eat is especially important, do your homework before going. We have also not experienced any bad food! In fact, we enjoy the various restaurants! It’s all on their website folks! The spa is fabulous! Is everything absolutely perfect? No…nothing ever is! That’s life, but some people in these reviews just need to be miserable and complain! If you enjoy casinos…Cache Creek is great and in a lovely area!
Beautiful facility; casino floor, shopping and dinning blended together flawlessly. I didn't stay in a room but I could imagine how nice they are if it's anything like the rest of the place. $20 free play, not bad. Overall satisfaction and at first I wasn't sure, still, actually, not sure.. But I'm pretty sure you can smoke inside. It's very clean, air quality wise.
Beautiful country and hills. But you are guaranteed to lose your money! That is a fact! Do not go waste your money at this place! It's garbage you will lose for sure! Go to Thunder Valley or Hard Rock to gamble. You will not win at cache creek! Believe that!
Came here for a business meeting and some fun. The south tower rooms are really nice. The meeting rooms were very comfortable and the casino was great. Very clean and very new. A little smokey, but hopefully that changes in a few years
It took me almost twenty years to visit this casino. One of the cleanest casinos I have ever been to. The service representatives were so very helpful and delightful. Walking around I noticed the security walking around. They were nice and delightful also. We checked out some of the restaurants and cafes there. My daughter wasn't harassed about looking too young and having to pull out her identification every time she walked by security or restaurant personnel. This is now one of my favorite casinos. My one gripe is that people turn the chairs around facing the wrong way on slot machines to save it. I didn't realize you could do that. No other casino lets the customers do that. So instead of five stars I will have to give Cache Casino four stars. Otherwise Cache Casino is a lovely establishment with one of the most calming atmosphere to lose a few dollars.
We had fun here. The guy at the Chinese restaurant was rude, but whatever. We sat around the bar and watched football. The bartenders are very attentive.
I honestly do not understand all of the bad reviews about stays at this hotel. Cache Creek is possibly the best hotel in Northern California and with out a doubt the best overall Northern California Casino/ Resort. The front desk staff is Incredible and go above and beyond for the guests. Room service is delivered promptly with no errors. I have stayed at this hotel over 100 times and have never had an issue with cleanliness. They, like all hotels, have struggled with some issues around staffing since the pandemic, but they constantly have evolved every month since the shut down. Many of these bad reviews have everything to do with not winning. That has nothing to do with the operations of the hotel. As a side note, 2 of the 3 biggest jackpots of my life have been here. Sure, it is an expensive hotel to stay in, but it is well within the value of other luxury hotels. It is a secure place without feeling oppressive. It is not over run by a bunch of dead beat gamblers stuck and begging for money or occupying the machines to just charge their phones as is the case at most Sacramento area casinos.
