These people are angels on earth. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer there. I suffer from anxieties at the best of times and they were so kind to me when I was in tears. Professional, gentle and kind. If you end up there, and you have the diagnosis we all dread, rest assured you are dealing with the best people and will get the best possible care.
No problem with the mammogram process but very disappointed i wasn’t told there was no doctor available to read the mammogram & would have to wait a week! I went with the dearer 3D so would get result while I was there. Had a I known no doctor would have booked another day.
It's never fun having to come here but the people here are amazing! They make you feel very welcome & at ease. The process was quick & simple & respectful. The doctor was very informative & she explained things in clear & simply terms. And best of all- the waiting room has FREE hot drinks avaliable -tea, coffee AND milo! Never seen that in a public hospital before!
I went for my first mammogram today - Josie was amazing. It took maybe ten minutes, but if I had questions I could have asked anything. It was quick and easy, and I was so supported through the whole process.
