I am a poker player. I knew the old poker room manager,Chad well. He did a good job. Unfortunately he retired. I have never met the new manager and I play almost every day. None of the other players I know have met him either. I believe that a person who already worked there should be the manager who worked at the desk most of the time already. His name is Randy. He already seams to run the place and the players and dealers all seam to like him alot. I know I do. I love your poker room and thank you for taking the time to read this. Before I retired I worked with the public and know how important it is for managers to be visible to their patrons. You may contact me to visit if you like. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
Boulder Station is okay. If it weren’t from the sketchy parking lot and overwhelming smoke in the casino / sports area I would rate them higher. Their poker room is decent. Really great staff and dealers. I wish they would open more 1/2 tables when the wait list is 10+ names strong. Dealers are friendly and competent. As a local this is 3/5 compared to the other station casino
We booked hotel room! It was an affordable stay for us in this party city! Service was very good and polite from front desk and employees there!
Must saying thing is there is 24hr of security team who guards the entire parking lot and hotel! We got a good deal and discount but we stayed in weekdays!
Rooms are spacious also.
It’s 10 min drive to Fremont st, 20 min drive to the strip!
Must recommend hotel stay!
They don’t offer breakfast with the stay!
Great view of The Sphere from my room, Rooms are what you'd expect but fairly priced. Very convenient for East Las Vegas. Easy parking via large free garage and lots.
Great stay at Boulder Station. Kudos to the outside security team who recovered our stolen bicycles. And a special shout out to officer Jose Rubio who went above and beyond his job helping us to get everything back in place and ready to go. A bad thing turned into a good thing thanks to people like Jose.
Check in took a long time as there was no one around to check us in. We asked Valet and they tried to find someone but it still took us 30 minutes to get our room. The Gaming experience was the worst. I did not see a cocktail waitress the 2 days I was there except in the Bingo room which FYI is a scam as far as I can tell. It was understaffed and although we arrived early both days we were unable to get our cards before they started resulting in us missing the first 2 games. We paid for the entire session but unable to get cards prior to game starting both days. Very poor customer satisfaction and I will not go to a Station Hotel ever again.
I love this casino. I've won so much money here and had so much fun at this place. It's literally the only thing I miss about living on that side of town for those couple of years. The newly redone food court is amazing. Nothing but good choices and delicious food. I wish I had realized a couple years back all the damn free rooms and stuff I could have gotten from always being there, I was totally clueless and I didn't get to enjoy any of the perks I had earned. Regardless this casino has a special place in my heart.
Spent the better part of a day in this casino what a fun place. Should have stayed here. Made the mistake of staying at Arizona Charlie’s what a dump. If want a fun place off the strip this is it, next time we visit we will pay a little more and stay here.
