I have chronic shoulder pain from a rotator cuff injury and have tried many different therapies to help and none have really provided any relief until I found John. I look forward to every appointment as the relief I feel afterwards is amazing! I can genuinely tell John cares about his clients as he is so good at what he does and is so detailed in what he does. I dont think I'll ever stop going, even for just a little self care!
2023.10.Highly recommend! I have tried 5 therapist, almost 18 treatments. Finally the sixth therapist ,he helped me heal my shoulders, neck and hands.And only one time!!! Unbelievable!!!

I have my sore neck,shoulder &back for 2 weeks i went to 2 different places for a massage but it didn't help.Last week I went to Elemental therapies for a massage+acupuncture +cupping with John..The way he massage my neck (the most painful part) its absolutely amazing! To be honest I woke up next morning no more neck pain! John is brilliant he was the one who help me out from this horrible pain that I've been suffering for 2 weeks. Elemental therapies my Best place.
Best reflexology/foot massage I have ever received! I've tried so many different massage clinics over the years for my chronic foot pain and this place by far has been the best! Thankyou very much, I'll definitely be back!
My back is getting much better after being the treatments with John for a while, who does good communication, always explaining what I ask. I am so pleased the proces what John provides. Especially today I tried acupotomy, curative effect comes straightaway.
