Came here for the first time this past weekend for a baseball tournament.
Positives:
-Friendly people working
-Good parking (though we had early game)
-Clean restrooms and grounds
-Well behaved pups allowed
-Stadium seating
-Food/restrooms right next to the fields
-Full bar if that is a plus for you
Negatives:
-Turf has seen better days, but repairs to areas have been made in most areas and about the norm for most of these tournament fields in the bay area
-Usual high prices for food and not allowed to bring own food in
I've only used the batting cages up to this point. The people are always nice and helpful. The pri es are good and the facility is always clean. I'll continue to come here to use the cages. $2 = 1 token = 20 pitches. I keep extra tokens on hand.
It's a nice place. I wasn't able to visit when the entrance fee gave credit towards clubhouse concessions but none the less a great place for sports. Little League baseball and some food and drinks. A playground for the kids to play who aren't in the league. It's a nice place. The staff is friendly, clean and has plenty of seating. The food is good too. It's a place worth hosting a party at. 2 clubhouses with food and drinks. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Only adults pay for entry $5 fee. Kids are free.
It was beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the stadium chairs and how shaded it was. Well, it was not completely shaded, but mostly. It would have been even better & convenient if outside food had been allowed inside. Overall, it was great.
BRhisbplace had expanded so much since my son played here. Now my little cousin is in a league. Easy in and out. They offer a map for league days and moving field to field. There was a vendor selling cute accessories. Even the food was made hot and pretty tasty. Lots to do to entertain the whole family.
I'm generally impressed with this place but for two things: 1. Parking for the physically disabled is quite far from the entrance instead of directly in front of it for no apparent reason; and, 2. You cannot bring in outside food or drink, and the food offered in the restaurant is exorbitantly priced.
This place has really gone downhill. I’m not sure what they are doing with all the money they’re bringing in, but they are not using it to maintain the grounds. The park is fenced off, because it is completely deteriorating. The decor on the walls of the replica fields is worn and faded. It’s disappointing. I hope they do some revamping soon.
BLD has not changed at all still over priced and umpire are so afrad of the new generation of players they let the rules go out the door and shave points when not deserved it was clear the reason why I pulled my teams to play elsewhere ???? fields still look like crap score boards don't work right still. You don't have to believe my review just see for your self....
