Iv been a customer here for a few decades doctors and staff are great very welcoming on appointments! And most services
However; getting those appointments are a struggle especially when know one answers the ph usually (voicemail to LM)
Bad service lady on the reception is very rude always have problems with her bookings and she is always rude when you speak to her in person or on the phone expects me to pay preypay racist I'm moari stay away they need better receptionists ???? shocking but my doctor is lovely great
Reception never answers the phone, and one woman in particular is very rude. Average wait of 30 mins - 50mins for pre booked appointments. Doctors and nurses are great.
This place is fantastic! Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Having only recently moved to Palmerston North, I feel lucky and privileged to have been able to enrol my family here.
when I go to Best Care Whakapai Hauora the office staff greet me with a smile and the doctors are very caring and ensure that I am completely aware of what treatment and or medication is for. I always come out feeling better than when I went in and that is just having talked with the doctor.

Had my 2nd covid vaccination. Impressive Team from the first administration to having vaccine and then monitoring for 20minutes after with a cuppa tea and biscuit. Great work.
