Absolutely wonderful, huge parking garage with easy access to hotel via elevator directly to the lobby. Fast check in, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, very cozy. Restaurants are top of the line and the casino is fantastic. Plenty of games and a non smoking section for those who don't like being around smoke. This is our 1st time here and will definitely not be the last
Recently stayed at the Beau Rivage to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Beautiful hotel and loved all the holiday decorations. The overall organization on the 3 night offer received from the Beau was executed in an exemplary manner. We were extremely impressed. ||Staff members in all areas went out of their way to make our stay delightful. ||The casino is kept very clean and the dealers engaged in friendly conversations. We had a beautiful water / pool view. Bed and pillows were so comfy. ||This is our favorite hotel/casino and we look forward to coming back soon.
The Beau Rivage is a beautiful resort. The casino was fun, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Food options have a great variety and are tasty. I have to say the staff is above all the best asset of the resort. Every staff member that we have ever come across, has been friendly and professional. A super kudos goes to the staff at the snack bar in the rear of the casino. That gets crazy busy and I’ve never dealt with any staff that wasn’t friendly and professional, despite the crowds. We always have a great time at the Beau. Please keep it up.!
The beau rivage always makes my mini vacation a happy place. So many wonderful resturants to choose from that are all great. The seasonal decorations and welcoming staff is always something to look forrd to. The slot machines are plentiful and so many new ones everytime I go. Fun fun! Only wish I would come home a winner!
This place is great. Especially this time of year. The holiday decorations are Beautiful to say the least. If gambling isn't your thing but shopping is they have some great lil shops with some Amazing gifts. The dining is also great whatever kind of fun your up for I'm sure you will find it here.
It was my first time at Beau Rivage, and from the time I step on plane till baggage claim at home airport I received top notch customer service from housekeeping, staff at BR Prime, dealer on 4 card poker, to the security guard at the casino entrance taking the time to help me find my way around the property. The housekeeping was immaculate, on time and room cleaned daily. The room was amazing with view refrigerators, safe from the deep soaking jacuzzi tub to stand up shower. The night view was breath taking. I will definitely be going back and adding this property as a vacation spot once or twice a year.
The patisserie section is very delicious and relatively clean compared to America. My husband and I enjoy spending time here. The decorations on special days like Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving always create a nice atmosphere for us to come here.
The best Casino I’ve ever been to. I’m a a regular and has made this Casino home away from home. The host, bartenders,and employees in general are the most helpful people I’ve ever encountered. They are always greeting everyone.The food is spectacular, Lastly, you can win some money there.
