Best WLM Reviews

Beautiful hotel, casino was fun had something for all to do. Pool was amazing. Restaurants, buffet yummy. Staff from front desk, bell hop, slot hosts, maintenance friendly, hardworking & Kind. Housekeeping rm. 23078 Shannah WOW what a great job. Always making sure we had what we needed. Room was perfect.
Will definitely return.
Place is absolutely stunning. Kept very clean and buzzing with fun sounds and, for the most part happy people (comes with the territory I guess) I did not stay over night, I was visiting from another casino. I can only speak on the coffee shop, which seemed to have a large selection of sweets or lunch type foods and the casino floor itself. When we were walking through the casino, people were smoking but, it was honestly not so bad the place still smelled fresh and it was easy to breathe. I look forward to coming back and staying here for a couple nights so i give a better review.
My happy place!! The staff is always friendly and professional, my room had an amazing view of incredible sunsets, dauphins jumping in the Gulf, and fishing boats.
The food from the BR Steakhouse was delicious and well prepared.
Overall, an experience at the Beau Rivage has never disappointed me. It is my home away from home, only better!
Fantastic hotel, our first time here. The property is well kept, updated and plenty of staff in all areas. They have numerous food outlets, all of the ones we tried were fantastic. Too cold on our trip for the pool but it is beautiful. The spa was nice and would recommend. Our room was well appointed but we paid a lot for a corner suite for the views. Disappointingly all we could see was the rook and parking garage, real bummer. If you book this type of room don’t get 3rd floor. Overall great property.
I came for the buffet and it did not disappoint. The desserts were not top notch, but everything else I got was delicious. You smell a bit of smoke as soon as you come into the casino, but it seems to not make it to the buffet which is appreciated. Ralph (our server) was quick to clear our table between trips and kept our drinks topped of. I recommend this buffet if you are in the area.
The Beau Rivage is a 25 year old hotel and resort that is nice and I have stayed several times over the past 14 years. This memorial day was a lot different. They had 3 elevators down with no explanation or apologies to the guests but just to get up or down from your room might take you 30
Minutes. Then on Sunday night at 3am in the morning they knocked on my business associates door and woke him up with a “do not disturb sign on the door” and called him to also wake him up to clean the room. I have never heard of housekeeping cleaning rooms at 3am. We went down to the front desk and they offered no apologies but explained the previous housekeeper had not marked it on her list. The service sucked and no concern or concessions were made. MGM works with Marriott which I am A Titanium elite member. There clearly is a management and accountability problem. Every guest was complaining about packed elevators and long wait times. They could have easily solved this with transparency and an apology
Incredible resort and casino. Great selection of next generation slots. Room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and beds comfy. Good restaurant options, something for everyone. Reservations, flight, airport transportation, and baggage handling were all done first class. Hassle free travel for the casino going senior. Good comps and great pkg deals are a plus, and this resort offers it all. No wonder they have regular repeat guests at this MGM location.
Just remember, you don’t even have to be educated, to understand that a corporation that spends $500 million to build a casino complex, that when you go gambling, they most definitely are not going to give it back to you! Common sense, people! I had a 72 year old, professional gambler from Vegas, asked me if I wanted some advice, and I told him most definitely! He said if you wanted to have some fun to get you a bucket ball of nickels and gamble your hearts desire! But if you’re there to win, take as much money as you can, and play Max bets and when the money is gone walk! JIMI MC
