Super fun place meet all types of people at the tables. Dealers are super fun and cool, my weekly go to spot. Weird though I have a card and have bought in for three hundred a week for almost a year but still yet to see any sort of rewards?
It's a fun place, great variety of slot machines, super comfy new chairs, friendly staff, it's always a good time! Would have gave it 5 stars but downstairs where I play smoking is still allowed. It stinks and the ashes make a mess between the machines. I've seen the staff trying their best to keep up with it but...
This place is huge! Lots of history as a former horseback and then as a dog track, and now a full-fledged hotel and Casino.
The casino-portion is huge. While associated with Bally's, it runs independently (Rhode Island ruling, I'm told) so no free-play offered for signing up - frustrating.
Thousands of slot games, plenty of table games, as well as bars and restaurants, including food courts.
There are both smoking and non-smoking areas, including a smoke-free upper floor. You will want to come in through the west entrance if you want to avoid walking through cigarette-heavy smell from the north entrance.
Plenty of free parking and handicapped accessible. There are escalators, stairs and elevators to access the second floor.
Bally's Twin River Lincoln is in a convenient location - making it an ideal place for a day trip! We came for The Chocolate Expo & the event center was nice! Plenty of room to walk around & stop at the vendor tables. The casino is nice with plenty of slots & table games. It's a small casino compared to others, so there isn't much else to do aside from gambling. There are a couple of restaurants & quick food service spots to grab a bite to eat.
Update 12/13/24 - Again, staff was unprofessional... when we got there at check in time, all the staff besides one individual was checking someone in on the other side of check in kiosk. We approached an empty desk and one of the ladies eating goes "this one's mine", essentially playing tag team and leaving the desk empty so they can eat... at check in time.... Seriously? Why are they taking their food break at check in? Who is managing this group of people?
Hotel check in was rude on Friday 11/22 at check in time. Forgot to give us our keys, she said oops handed them to us and I said thank you and was met with a rude response of "No" and her shaking her head and laughing her butt off. Not sure what was so funny, but I found it incredibly rude. Then we didn't understand how to get in to the hotel because she combined the instructions with the VIP parking in a way that confused things. We walked back when we got to the door and asked for clarification and she acted bothered, holding up an ok sign with her hand as she finished speaking. This was all unnecessary and rude... Never experienced this at a hotel.
Sadly this would have been 4 star experience if the staff were professional and the casino had more quality dining options after midnight, free drinks whether alcohol or otherwise. I saw 2 servers going around in a 5 hour timespan in the slots room. At least offer more free drinks and work on vetting staff or monitoring their behavior. Hotel front desk is suppose to be top class customer service, this was shockingly the opposite.
Only went into the casino & restaurants. Place is okay, and smoking is still allowed in most of the casino. As a non-smoker, this was nasty & it made my eyes water. There is a non-smoking section, which was nice, but it felt far from everything, like a second thought. Most of the non-smoking section was comprised of table games, which i don't typically do. The restaurant was very good, we enjoyed a nice meal. But they were also in the smoking section, which didn't make much sense to me. Side of secondhand smoke with your steak? Anyway, 3/5 stars for me.
Did not stay overnight. Went to check out a band at the Lighthouse with a group of friends. Reserved a table. Drinks were good. Service was okay. Band was good, too. Danced a little and played a few slots. Was a bit smoky for me, but I ended up winning a little money so all in all a good night!
Ive seen much nicer casinos, barely any decoration, 60 on slots without any payouts.. hmmm not a fan, even encore didn’t suck money outta me that quickly hahahaha
