Best WLM Reviews

Location was great, right on the boardwalk. The rooms are taken care of well, lots of dust. The shower pressure was not good, and the water temperature was lukewarm when it's turned on to full heat. The restaurant options in the hotel are the not the best. The sub shop there was good.
Okay exceperanice.
I felt like we really hit the jackpot with this room. 40th floor of the tower with an ocean and boardwalk view. Very comfortable beds. Great bathroom. The staff was very friendly. Everything was top notch. The price was great, especially for the room we had. ||I liked Atlantic City much more than I expected. People were much nicer than Las Vegas. I know the area is struggling a bit, but I always felt safe and respected. I enjoyed the variety of food available. This is a place I want to return to.
I loved staying at this Hotel. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming! The bar staff were amazing and the drinks were tasty. Everything is 24 hours in the hotel so it made things accessible. Johnny Rockets is right downstairs when you’re going out to the boardwalk. It was an amazing experience! Just wish I had window access in the room and maybe more modern feel and furniture
I would have given a good review. But the receptionist Shanita was very rude. My key card stopped working and when I asked her to reset it she gave me an attitude and told me to wait on line. Behind the 6 people who were checking in. Her coworker corrected her and did it for me; took all of 15 seconds but she wanted me to wait 15-30 minutes for that. I told her manager who even said they're not supposed to do that. Just unnecessary considering we booked this hotel as part of a large group for a conference of 80+ people and we rented one of the venues spending over $20k on the event (not including hotel). Hotel was very nice though despite that, and the staff at the restaurants were great. Shame I couldn't rate higher.
We started on the wrong foot but it got better. DO NOT stay in Dennis tower the rooms are dated , dark and smelly . We asked if we could get an upgrade and it’s 80$ difference per night , it is worth it . The new room in Bally tower was beautiful , spacious , modern , with great view . The staff is very pleasant most of the time especially Jose at reception and Jeronimo at the bar.
Food was ok ,Macau was the one that impressed us .
Very convenient location and the swimming pool was nice , only downside was cold shower near the pool .
10$ parking for the whole stay is a bargain
Booked a junior suite room. AC doesnt get cold even at 60deg on the thermostat. Had to sleep without clothes. Indoor pool is adults only and closes at 6pm on a Sunday. Good thing is that it is beach front with access to the boardwalk. Parking is 10$ for hotel guest
I have stayed at Bally's countless times over the years, but unfortunately after the way my family was treated on our recent visit, 30 years of memories are ruined and I'll never stay there again.||My dad is sick and it’s hard for him to travel, but he pushed himself to make this trip (his first time traveling in more than five years). Ballys offered him 2 nights comp, and I booked a second room to make it a family trip like old times. We made both reservations on one 28-minute phone call (according to my mom's call log) with the same rep, ensuring that the rooms would be close together on the same floor of the Bally's Tower.||On arrival, I am told that the rooms are in different towers. After explaining how I booked, the woman told me they could do a "call pull" where they would listen to our booking call (disheartening that as a loyal customer I wouldn't be believed). A few hours later, I was told that the pull "did not come back in my favor."||It was clear to me and my mom that they had not listened to the phone call, since we had spent 28 minutes making and confirming the details of the 2 reservations. The front desk staff and management were surprisingly cold and unsympathetic, finally offering a room in the same tower but on a different floor.||They told me it should be $100 more, so I should be happy. I didn't care about the money. I would have gladly paid it for a room on the same floor. It was about being close to my sick father.||After being treated so poorly and made to feel so small, the first day of a 2-day trip (the only amount of time my dad could get away) was ruined. Because now all I can think of is how poorly we were treated, which is such a shame given how many memories we'd made there over the years. Needless to say, I'll never stay there or recommend it again.
Great experience. My only issue is the no microwave in the rooms. The staff are very courteous and friendly and professional. The restaurants on site are pricey ???? dollars ????????????. A block away from the beach. Lots of restrooms around The facility on every floor. Lots of giveaways everyday raffle. The elevators are very fast. The gym is not too big but worth a visit. The pool is cool. Pool staff are on point ☝️. The security are very knowledgeable of areas and helpful. Johnny Rockets have reasonable prices if you like fast food. Lots of options for parking ????️. Casinos is the casino if that's your thing.
