Best WLM Reviews

Starting with the hotel- the rooms were “remodeled and new”- the room looked nice but when we got into bed we realized there was a flat sheet on top of the dirty mattress cover and no fitted sheet. Then the duvet was thin with no cover. The blanket was a duvet and 2 flat sheets. I would’ve been better off covering up with newspaper. We were there for 3 days and only given two towels. Housekeeping didn’t come to our room, not even once and when we called them and the front desk to ask for towels no one answered. Everything inside the hotel was expensive, even water. The casino wasn’t any different or better than any other casino I have been in. The elevators in the parking garage smell like urine.||As for Atlantic City in general- the outlets were nice, as long as you can run across 3 lane traffic from store to store without getting hit. The beach was empty but I assume that is because it's covered in dirty used needles. The boardwalk and streets are filled with homeless people who are clearly struggling with substance use and mental health. I wouldn’t even consider going outside of the hotel at night. I am so glad I did not bring my children here. We will never return. I hope New Jersey does something soon to help their residents because that entire city is sad
Very safe hotel. There is security in the packing garage, throughout the hotel/casino, and some by the doors to the boardwalk. They had their section of the boardwalk very well lit.
Room was nice. I stayed in Ballys tower. Walls were a bit thin. Great views.
Staff were very helpful in all regards.
We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, it was nice , some light bulbs need replacing. The room was on the side with an ocean view and Korean War memorial view. The bar grill located inside is short on help.Menu was ok, prices good.Upload google translater house keepers speak Spanish, and it works great. Look around to get a better price for a more luxurious room close to the same price.
Ours had the king bed.
Do not stay at this hotel. I am|currently staying in this hotel and it is disgusting. Customer service is nonexistent. We are on a nonsmoking floor in a nonsmoking room yet it smells like we are enclosed in an ashtray. The smell is overwhelming. The bathroom floor is sticky. |The noise and music from the crappy cover band in the nightclub is so loud the bed is vibrating. |I tried to call the front desk but was on hold for 26 minutes and no one answered. Then I went down to the front desk to ask if we could be moved and the agent was dismissive and said the noise was not a big deal and would end at 1am. |I am an overly polite person and was shocked at how rude this front desk person was - I thought it couldn’t get any worse from our check-in experience when the person helping us took a personal phone call and was also unfriendly and had no qualms about taking a 5 minute personal call while we stood there. |I have never written a negative so please trust me when I say DO NOT STAY in this hotel. I’m seriously contemplating leaving if we can find something else on short notice.
First room was disgusting. Lamp shade was being held on by a twist tie all askewed. Vent I'm bathroom (above head in shower) was so caked with gunk. The shower itself was filthy. Every surface on room was not dusted/cleaned. They moved us thankfully with no sorry given. This hotel is the most run down and offer d the least on the strip. No freebies for new members. Tropicana and ceasers looked amazing based on walking through them. Ocean resort was beautiful. Boardwalk was sketchy. If u are going to stay, consider staying in ocean city 15 min away and just visit the casino area.
ROACHES! I had to share my experience, I drove over 3 hours booked a room that said renovated. We checked in went out for a few hours only to see roaches on the tv stand ????. Tried speaking with the manager Don, who got upset because I was upset. So unprofessional and very condescending in a sassy manner. I feel it was ignorance and racial discrimination. Ruined my son’s birthday and vacation. We were so disappointed that we just checked out and drove 3 hours back home. Praying no roaches got into my things. Will never stay her again. And now I have to seek legal action since the manager Don is very smart with a masters degree that he felt was necessary to tell me because booking was telling me something different. I conducted myself well the entire time. Smh! What a nightmare.
So we stayed for 1 night and they put us in the Dennis tower which faces the yard so they never told us that every Friday and Saturday the yard has live music till 2am r window was right above the yard the music was so loud u couldn't even watch TV bc u couldn't hear it. I feel bad for anyone that had little kids and had to stay in the rooms facing the yard bc the kids were prolly up all night. It was such a bad experience we ended up checking out the same day we checked in. And customer service is very rude there. And it's a shame bc that's the main casino I really like.
We ate there and it was pretty good. The Burger was juicy. And the fries were good. I didn't even want the fries until I seen the waitress make a face on the plate with ketchup. It was an interesting experience.
