This place is Amazing and they have a new covered outdoor seating area with no expense spared for this year..
We wanted to sit in their new covered outdoor patio area because it backs up to the bay and the weather was beautiful.
We ordered 3 meals,Strawberry lemonades ( not on the menu but available) and shared a slice of Rebecca’s Key Lime Pie.
For starters the outdoor patio area was perfect for enjoying conversation and taking in the bay. It was made of wooden beams, painted white which added to that island vibe you would expect.
FOOD
Meal 1. Jerk Chicken Pasta. It was exceptionally good according to my wife.
Meal 2. Salmon Tostada Salad. My son said that it was exactly what he hoped it would be.
Meal 3. Seafood Paella. Wow…. I could literally eat it every day it was so flavorful.
Drinks, try the Strawberry Lemonade, it was so good and there is enough left over in the shaker to top your drink off a couple times.
Desert, we shared a piece of Rebecca’s Key Lime Pie but secretly i wanted it all to myself.
This place is easily 5/5 ⭐️ and I would recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
It's wonderful having a restaurant that consistently provides delicious entrees and drinks, and friendly service in a casual Florida atmosphere. This location often has live music in their ample outdoor seating area overlooking the water. Bay breezes and strategically placed fans keep the area accessible through the summer. Management does a great job taking care of customer experience and has been gracious seating our large parties in a timely manner.
May 2024. In Tampa right on a bay with nice water views. The Cajun shrimp pasta was very good, came in two sizes. But the Cajun chicken sandwich was way too salty.
I dined at Bahama Breeze and had a wonderful experience. I opted for the fruit salad, and it was fresh, flavorful, and a perfect choice for a light and refreshing meal.
The atmosphere at Bahama Breeze was tropical and lively, with a fun island vibe that added to the overall dining experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent.
In addition to the fruit salad, I also tried some of their other menu items and they were all delicious. Bahama Breeze offers a great selection of Caribbean-inspired dishes that are sure to please any palate.

Well, I really don't understand why this restaurant has such a good rating. I visited for dinner with a work colleague and the meal I had has to be one of the worst I have had in the past decade of regular visits to the USA. I started with a bowl of Clam Chowder which was average and then I had the Cheeseburger... This was terrible. The burger was dry, hard and like a cheap burger from the freezer section of a supermarket. The bun was stale and the fries were barely cooked. It was the worst burger I think I have ever eaten. A restaurant in the USA should at least be able to do a good burger. The manager offered to replace it with something else but by this time my colleague was more than half way through their meal (which they thought was just a bit better than okay) and so I took the option to remove the burger from the bill. Service was also bad in as much as they bought our main meals out whilst we were still eating our Chowders... It was like a large mass produced American restaurant that just wanted people through as fast as possible whilst serving up very average or worse food. I would not return and would recommend people avoid. I eat at some very nice restaurants across the USA and Bahama Breeze isn't one of them! Very disappointing.
Great food with a good view near water. Staff is super good and knowledgeable. We visited this location for lunch started off with a delicious crap and cheese dip with chips as the starrer. For the drink I saw a few options I wanted to try and was lucky to find a flight of their drinks at a great deal. Finished it all off with the the sirloin with mash potato’s and broccoli Everything was great tasting. They have small tables or bar you can sit at. The decoration is done nicely inside and out. Prices are fair with the food servings. Recommend coming here and giving it a try if you’re in the area!
Love the decor. Big wooden frames and waterfront view. Service was fast and excellent. We had appetizers and were full. Good prices and drinks
The food was fantastic but unfortunately the service wasn’t. I had to address being abandoned by my waitress. The disappointment upset my stomach so I wasn’t truly able to enjoy the atmosphere and food as I should.
