First visit for myself for lunch with a group. Some items were unavailable which I know some were a little disappointed about. But, service was very good, our server was thorough, helpful and efficient. I chose the chicken satay small plate and the nachos small plate. Both were lovely, I'd have preferred a bit more sour cream and guacamole, but that's just my preference. I'd recommend it for groups. It appears to be dog-friendly too. We had one member in our group who is celiac so a gluten-free menu was provided, however, fries weren't an option for them as all are cooked in the same frier. I'd imagine this place to be quite busy at weekends. Booking table is recommended.
Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Visited with a group of gals on Valentine’s Saturday and shared an AMAZING steak platter cooked to perfection!! Staff were hitting our table consistently for drinks and service and in spite of being very busy, we were really well looked after. Still dreaming about that steak today and can’t wait to visit again!

Had a Brie burger with cranberry relish, damn good!
It looks like their drink menu is on point. They have the regular drinks and some fun named ones that sounded tasty.
Old review: Very American-style burger with their own twist - the crispy haggis was a treat!
It was a Sunday evening and the first restaurant we tried required bookings. The bartender recommended Badenoch’s. It is much larger than it appears on the outside and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
Our waitress checked with the kitchen about food issues (3 of us do not eat pork).
The drinks were tasty as my wife and daughters enjoyed the specialty drinks. We had a variety of plates-the Satay was juicy and tender, the fish and chips were flavourful, the sweet potato fries were really tasty. The only so-so dish was the onion rings, but the Venison burger was served hot and required no condiments. We would definitely come back while in Elgin!
First time we have been there and we were really impressed. Lovely atmosphere and really helpful and friendly staff who are a credit to the place.
I don't often have a burger but today I had the one with Brie. Really tasty. A homemade burger with a generous amount of Brie. I definitely recommend it. Our son had the Baddies burger and my wife had the haloumi burger. Again both were lovely.
We will definitely go back.
Very welcoming staff; a far better alternative to Weatherspoon's, in my opinion. What they can't compete with in mass merchandising, they more than make up for in: staff; atmosphere and personal feel about the place. More than dog friendly, cheers for the water and biscuits. You don't get that at the other end of High Street.✌️
Cocktail making class was great. Our host Darla was amazing. It was great value for money, the cocktails were great and the food was amazing. Would defjnetely recommend.
