After calling Andrew to ask him to look at our car for the first time, he did so and fixed the knocking noise free of charge. Great start. Andrew and his team set the example for going the extra mile. A competitor and service agent told us it would be a 6 week wait for a part and would cost us X dollars. Andrew sourced the same part and had it installed in 6 days and well under the service agents quoted price. So got Autocraft to sort out our tyres as well. Happy customer.

Great service as always. I’ve been using Autocraft for a few years for various cars. Their service is always great and at a good price with no unnecessary work billed for. Way better than the local main dealers and lots cheaper.
