Everyone was wonderful, the pool was a blast with dinning that's brought to you pool side. The kids loved the arcades and the room was perfect. Loose slots and drinks helped to end the night relaxing in paradise. If you don't have a host yet make sure to stop by and talk to Jodi the VIP Host she will make sure to make your stay an enjoyable one.
I only stayed here for one night while traveling through to the Bay Area. Me and my husband thought the casino and food in restaurants were great. The rooms were nice and clean as well. We let our kids go free roam the arcade and when we went to check on them I was impressed by the amount of games and activities there. My only complaint is the pool size indoors (outdoors was too windy) there were so many people and the water was so chilly and salty. Other than that it was a great experience and I’d probably stay there again.

Front desk, classy, professional and personable in the best way.
Rooms, king size in the tower-excellent mattress, spacious room, super clean, lovely bathroom, powerful shower head, yummy coffee. I slept like a baby.
Hotel - easy to maneuver, bright lights because they don't have to hide anything, beautiful and subtle decor, little nooks of space to sit and share a moment or to gather yourself, very friendly staff with cute outfits.
Casino - something for everyone and a fun center arcade set up the kids with a snack shop.
Great dining selections with an above average wine selection. The AYCE sushi place was excellent!
I slept so well that I feel energized for the last leg of this road trip. I'm appreciative and will be back for sure!
Today we went to the restaurant called the Purple Parrott. The service was excellent, and the food was pretty good. They do need bacon that has better flavor. The casino was awesome. Not too tight, not to loose, just right for having a great time. Enjoy if you go.
My husband and I stayed here for my birthday weekend. I would describe this resort as luxurious. The front desk service and room service were welcoming and friendly. The room service menu was more extensive than I thought, so that's a plus! The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend!!!
My wife and I had such a great time. We can't wait to go back. We signed up for their players card and got some free play credits. Ended up winning $200 between us. I'm sure we'll give it back next time but we had a blast
Located within short distance to most attractions that reno has to offer. The rooms are very nice and housekeeping does a great job cleaning the rooms.
Room service I would recommend only if you have a lot of extra money to spend. Personally, it's more worth it to just go downstairs and order to go.
NABIP Northern Nevada held it's annual EXPO at the Atlantis. Working with the Catering Manager Eloisa Martinez is always a pleasure. She helps us with the planning so we have an excellent all day event. During the day of the event she checks in with us and always makes sure we have access to help from others if needed. I would recommend working with Eloisa at the Atlantis to hold any kind of event that you may need. Also, the food for banquets is very good. Our group of just over 100 had a great time. Thank you Eloisa.
