I’ve lived here six years and have thoroughly enjoyed it! This complex is safe and clean. Maintenance does a fabulous job - often responding to requests within hours. The rental office and property manager are friendly and so helpful!

Elaina was a wonderful help to us in gaining information about the Arrive Apartment Property in Crofton. This young woman posses a very warm and positive spirit. As well, she is a very polished leasing professional. Displaying her deep knowledge of both the property and the application process, she was still able to make us feel like we were talking with someone who was a family friend. To put it in simpler terms, she was just AWESOME!!!
Arrive at Crofton is a beautiful, quaint and cozy community. From the minute I schedule a tour with this community, the communication has been exceptional. I had my tour this past Saturday with Amber. As soon as I arrived for my tour, I felt as though I was home. Amber's customer service was amazing. She was warm, friendly and inviting. She made sure to go over every detail of the community as well as the application process. The apartments are beautiful and updated. They are a little on the small side, but perfect for someone looking for a home that is practical and modern. The community has a beautiful walking trail and everything you need is within walking distance (Groceries, restaurants, convenience stores). I definitely cannot wait until I call Ariive at Crofton my home!!!
I took my mother to look at an apartment. The young lady at the front desk was professional, knowledgeable, kind and very assisting. The property was beautiful. Praying my mother move there.
