Best WLM Reviews

Excellent tacos, delicious pork tamale wish I had a place to store them I would order a dozen, and the churros are a great finish.
Great lunch spot or on the go.
If I was a local I would make this a regular place to eat.
Inside didn’t have much clean tables but the great food makes up for the environment ????
"Arriba!" serves some amazing things here! It’s so good!
???? Got Carne Asada (2), Chorizo, & Guisado with black beans & Rice. All four tacos were really nice.
Cilantro, onions, + limes felt very fresh. Meats were delicious: Loved the spicy pork + these had succulent flavor in them within the corn shell tortillas. ????
???? Churro tasted good. Not the best. Yet. Pretty good.
Basically? Everything? Pretty good! I just have good words here. I recommend going here. ????

I've been a regular here since they opened. Lots of different faces over the years, but all have been super friendly and attentive. I usually order the same grilled vegetable burrito, or occasionally the tamales. Best burrito I'd ever had till the last two visits. Don't know if they changed the recipe or hired different cooks, but the taste and consistency are gone. The last one was so bad, I just threw it away. At $11.00 a piece, I won't roll the dice again. They've lost a regular customer for good.
I was shocked when I received my bean burrito and it was half the size of my husband's. It has always been the same size as other burritos. Thankfully, I ordered a tamale as well. However when I went to cut into it, there was corn husk throughout it. And it was so hot, I could barely eat it. The menu does not say "spicy pork". I must say, this is the first time I've had a bad experience from here, but it makes me hesitant to order again.

12/8/23 Update* This is my last review of Arriba! Taqueria, as I will not visit again. I get the rising cost of food, but please don't short change your customers. If you raise your prices, please keep your meals quality. I paid $12 for three cold lousy tacos and rice. The steak was dry and unflavorable. The tortillas were raw, with one tortilla per taco; usually, taco joints grill their tortillas and double wrap each taco. To top of my frustration, I asked for double rice instead of rice and beans. I received two baby portions of rice. This little poerion of food for $12 dollars! Sorry, but I'm disappointed in this meal.
Third time at Arriba! Taqueria was okay. Taco spot in Saint Jospeh, I stopped to eat dinner. I loved the homemade salsa! Steak tacos are very good, but barria tacos were decent. Its best to take out meals and enjoy them at home. Overall, it's a decent meal today!
This is my second visit to Arriba. The barria tacos are closer to a 4 star, as they were a hit! Tonight may have been busy as some of the food was lacking meat and flavor. I had the pork and pineapple and the steak tacos. However, don't sleep on Arriba! They are usually good.
This is primarily a carry out place, so while it now has seating, you still order at the counter, and you have to retrieve your meals from the kitchen window (I loved acting like a waiter to my family, so a new memory made!) ***Warning*** The enchiladas come with a very spicy mole sauce. I was fine with it, but it was at the limits of my tolerance. My wife and her sister and mother also ordered it, and still liked it, but either scraped the sauce off, or just ate the chicken inside. I would still eat here again, the food was delicious.
I can't remember when or where I've had more delicious food. It is truly excellent.
It's a small quaint place to get some decent Mexican food. This time I ordered the 3 steak taco dinner traditional way! Something was missing this time. I think it lacked any seasonings or even just a pinch os salt. It was pretty bland. It's not to bad if you want fast and good quality food.
