Best WLM Reviews
came across this place on tiktok after trying to find somewhere to watch the NBA game! i walked in and wow, the atmosphere is so cute and clean. the bar is big and there’s so many tvs in the entire restaurant. even at some tables! I sat at the bar and the bartender was quick to greet me and made me feel comfortable since i came by myself. they had so many options for food, gluten free too and so many wing sauce flavors. this experience was 12/10 and i would definitely come back and try out more. this is a hidden gem in east brunswick for sure
Arooga’s is only of my favorite restaurants. If this one was closer to me I’d go all the time. It’s very vegetarian friendly with multiple options including being the only place I know of that has vegan wings which I love. I wish they still had the Nashville faux hot chicken sandwich because that was my favorite, they still have the regular one for non-veg people. My favorite app is the BIG pretzel it’s great to share. This location has big booths, as well as bar stool tables. I love their environmental efforts like the ethically sourced tables. Each time we’ve come the staff has been friendly, quick and very helpful with the menu.
My friend brought me to Arooga's, and it was fun. The drinks were great, and the food was good—my pulled pork mac and cheese hit the spot perfectly.
The atmosphere was fun and sporty, though it could get loud at times. Lastly, our waiter was very polite and attentive.
Working in the area for a week, my crew visited here all week. There wasn't a meal that disappointed. There are plenty of choices and a relaxed atmosphere. I also want to point out the service. Eating at the same place every day is a challenge, but Danna, our server, kept it fun on every visit.
My husband and I went with our son, daughter in law and our grandsons for the first time. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. Alex was our server. He was very good in serving us and very helpful. I personally loved the huge pretzel they have in their menu and the creamy tomato soup. I also had the chicken/bacon wrap which was also delicious. The restaurant is very spacious and has outdoor seating and accessible for ♿️ parking.

Great selection of beer and cider on tap. I did not order food myself. I sampled the big pretzel, and it was soft and buttery. I also tried the sweet potato fries, which were very good.
I would love to give them a better review, but I can't. We were sat at a table and waited for 20 minutes before we walked out. The restaurant was empty, except for a big party. Maybe 10 people.
Noone greeted us or asked us if we wanted something to drink while we decided on our meals. It stinks but we won't be back.
I tried to call in food to pick up & the host on the phone was very uninviting, kept trying to have me order online. I explained I was paying cash & she made a big stink about it not even trying to hide her anger. I was told you cant order over the phone & pay cash. She said she would check with the manager , all I said was it was snowing & she took that as I was being mean to her.she returned telling me that never EVER again would I be allowed to do this just this one time. & yes she said never ever. It’s obvious this child has no idea how to speak with people. When I arrived to pick up my food the same lady asked for my name & the second I told her she started laughing & said shed grab it for me. Im then met with a different employee while she passes me laughing . She then goes to the bar & starts laughing with the bartender. She wouldnt stop staring at me . I hope cameras are pulled up & this employee is punished for her actions. Its safe to say I wont be returning. I will be sharing my experience to make sure noone else has to deal with such horrible service. I understand most hosts are kids in school but can we atleast train them on common courtesy being rude should never be an option , especially when all I wanted was to order food….
