Aron's Pizza is a diamond in the rough. The building looks like a shack, and the inside is small and quaint, but the place has an atmosphere. It is a great place for a romantic dinner or a family party. The food is absolutely out of this world! The pizza is to die for. Aron's creates a great dough that is not too thick and not too thin. They add a layer of top-notch mozzarella cheese which stretches with every bite. The cheese is not clumpy, dense, or old-tasting. The cook then splashes plenty of whichever round you choose. The toppings taste fresh and expensive as opposed to big conglomerate pizza restaurants. Aaron's also offers other Italian dishes like lasagna, spaghetti, and several others. Everything is made to order at Aron's.
The service is excellent! I always have the same customer support person and she is great. She always makes sure I'm taken care of as soon as possible; which is difficult at times because Aron's Pizza always has a crowd. Whether eating in or taking out, people flock to Aron's. If you want pizza on the weekends, you need to call it in way before going because they are always busy on the weekends.
The food was bland and didn't have much Italian flavor. I had lasagne with loads of cheese. The Alfredo was alright, the white sauce was more flavorful. The bread wasn't good at all. The cheesecake was OK but had a soggy graham cracker crust. Canned coke wasn't bad but a glass with ice and a coke would of been my choice. The outstanding service was much appreciated.
Ordered delivery from Aron's for the first time and the pizza was outstanding. The pizza wasn't too greasy but still had wonderful flavor. Dough is crisp and on the drier side but not burned and still pleasant.
Pizza was on point. Garlic knots were not very good in our opinion. Knocked off 1 star due to lack of info on hours. Hours posted said they were open until 9pm. We were from out of town wanting a sit down dinner with family. We arrived before 8pm. There were guests seated and eating in the dinning area be we were informed by staff they were no longer seating in the dinning area. We were there over an hour before the closing time per their posted hours, hours online, and hours on there menu. We then had to figure out drinks, plates, cups, siverware etc to take back to where we were staying. Had correct hours been posted we could have changed our dinning plans or been better prepared for takeout.
Simply love this place. Our waitress was learning, but she did fine. She gave me a 1st Responders discount, which was given back to her along with her normal tip.
The food here was very good, with a great combination of moisture and crispiness in the crust. The price is just a bit expensive for what you're getting. Somehow my pizza, just enough for one person, was well over $13. Even with toppings that's a pricey pizza. But very friendly workers, good food, and quick cooking!
The pizza is very good. Taste like authentic New York. Definitely visit this place. I knocked off a start because inside is dated.
