Some of the best Indian Food we’ve had! And we’ve had it in several prominent big cities. It’s homemade food, so it takes a little longer, but worth the wait. Best Garlic Naan bread!
I recently visited Aroma Indian cuisine, and I must say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Upon arriving, the restaurant was completely empty, yet I was made to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my order. There was no excuse for the delay—no rush, no other customers, nothing.
The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than actually doing their jobs. When I finally received my food, it was lukewarm, as if it had been sitting out after being prepared. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was appalling.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning. If you value your time and a decent meal, steer clear of this restaurant!
We tried to go to a restaurant a few spots down and the wait was an hour and a half. We saw this place and thought we’d give it a try. I’m SO grateful the other restaurant was busy because this food was so good!! Very nice staff and clean restaurant. We will definitely be coming back and you should go too!
We had a great date night here. The owner was very kind and pointed out the best things to try on the menu. We liked everything! We will for sure be back!
The owner was funny and a great server. Asked our preferences, made recommendations and we ordered everything he suggested. One of the best Indian restaurants in Salt Lake County by far.
I absolutely love this place. The people who own it are so amazing and kind and always make you feel welcome.
The place is clean and feels welcome. And best of all, the food is so damn good. The flavors burst in your mouth, and the food tastes like real quality food. I don't ever leave feeling sick like I do at other restaurants.
Staff was fine, restaurant was clean, the food definitely looked fancy. But for Indian food, I won't be back. We came for lunch and had chicken makhani and korma, which smelled good, but the chicken tasted just a little off (frozen and thawed? Or reheated from being refrigerated) and the gravy felt like an attempt to cover that up.
As a Pakistani, I can say that Aroma lives up to the authentic standards and is one of the few spots in Salt Lake we take out the family to enjoy the tastes of back home! Wonderful Environment and wonderful food! I tried the fish masala tonight and it was soo good!
