10/10!! Across the board!
I had the chefs special with the tender juicy well seasoned fall off the bone ribs, catfish perfectly seasoned and fried, along with their tangy bbq baked beans, and fried crispy okra. Hands down a fulfilling meal.
S/N I love that the BBQ was on the side. I was able to taste the flavor of the meat.
I even tried their peach cobbler it was absolutely amazing!
Great customer service and clean restaurant.
This place shouldn’t be this slow on a Saturday night, it’s definitely a hidden gem if you ask me. Overall amazing experience.
6 bones later... I’m glad I decided to visit this place—the ribs were meaty, the baked beans and mac & cheese tasted like home, and the rolls were superb. I wish I could have given you all a photo, but the food was too good to stop and take one. If my empty plate isn’t a testament to how delicious the food was, I’m not sure what is. Great job to Ms. Pam for the excellent service and to the cook(s) for the amazing food!

We are staying a night in Memphis on our way back to Cali and we wanted Memphis BBQ. Our waitress Sherry was super friendly and overall provided really great service.
We started off with the burnt ends and a full rack of ribs, also ordered the BBQ chopped chicken with French fries, coleslaw and potato salad as sides. Every single thing we tried was delicious!! The ribs had the best smoky flavor, the burnt ends were juicy and I loved the bbq sauce, the sides were also really good. Best potato salad I’ve had in a long time!!
While we were there, there was also a wine tasting going on by Le Pour 901 and we thoroughly enjoyed the wines and even took some home with us.
I highly recommend this restaurant and if we lived closer, we would eat there often!
Prices were very fair and I honestly was surprised at how much our dinner was because in Cali, it would’ve been WAY more. You definitely get your monies worth..
Huge shout out to the chef too. My fiancé stopped her to say thank you and give her kudos and she was super sweet and modest too.
The vibe altogether was just really good and we really enjoyed our experience.
The food is great. The staff (Sherry (sorry if I spelt it wrong!)) is the sweetest and most accommodating. Mike made us feel like we were actually in his home kitchen being treated like family. Loved it.
Let's start with it took over 2hrs before we got our food. It came out, and the ribs were not even warm, and catfish tasted weird. It tasted like it came out of a Kroger box. The back beans were overcooked and tasted like beenee wenee with BBQ sauce added to them.
We were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed every minute and every morsel of food! Gabrielle was our server. She is very personable and was great conversing with her! Her mom and aunt are creative in the kitchen and they also make homemade peach cobbler, banana pudding, and cheesecake! We enjoyed a rib dinner and their whiskey and beer battered onion rings! Yum yum!! If you’re in Memphis you have to go!
2024 UPDATE ???????????????????? Arnold’s is still delicious! We just got into town and headed straight to Arnold’s because we remember having such a great experience when they opened five years ago and it’s still fantastic! The ribs were ???? and the sausage sandwich was amazing once again. The sauce had the perfect kick, and the onion rings are even better than before (the batter is thicker, but lighter and fluffier ????????‍♀️ = sooo good!). And they have a great selection of local beers. Miss Sharon took such great care of us too.

2019 review, right after they opened:
This place is legit! Wonderful, friendly service; amazing food; and very clean...a new favorite! The sauce was amazing (we bought three bottles to go!), perfect ribs and rib tips, fantastic pork shoulder, and the sausage was fantastic!
This place was nice, I ordered the BBQ nachos and it was very good the perfect amount for a meal. The atmosphere is cool I love the two different floor design and tv’s for sports. The service was great and inviting. The only confusing part was how to get to the parking lot. I would def recommend going any giving them a try!
