Arni's pizza is one of the best pizza I've ever had, the taste is just out of this world. Their topping are great and for the price of the pizza the 14" will last year two days, so it's way better than your neighborhood dominos or pizza hut. Fully recommend as a place to stop for good pizza.
I am a life long resident and have been going to Arnis for well over 40 years and the experience I just had from the General Manager here because of them not making my food correct will make me question ever going here again. She was rude and arrogant over an $8 sandwich. I really hope some how the owner sees this and knows the type of service his managers and giving people. If I were you eat somewhere else I bet their service is better. If you eat here hope they make it right because if they don't they won't fix it.
We didn't have time to wait before the game for another location, so we called a head order our pizza and ate in the dining room.
They do not have table service, but plenty of room to eat in.
The workers played the entire time. Yelling back and forth, running in and out like they were at a playground. We were one of 3 small groups there. The guy that served the pizza dropped it on the table and stormed off like he was mad. As he was retreating my sister said, "we ordered salads and drinks too." No reply. We had to go to the counter and hail a girl over, and she couldn't find our ticket. She finally just gave them to us. Very disappointed.
I ordered for "to go" as I was in Lafayette and live in Zionsville. I typically love this location, but they missed the mark this time. Ordered 3 JRs and lg pizza. Pizza was GREAT! Salads, not so much. Ordered salads without onion, radish and croutons. They did well with croutons and radish, but all 3 got quite a lot of green onion and the lettuce was really wilted. There was no saving the three salads. Of course, I was too far away to rectify at time of discovery. Should not have to think of things like that when ordering take out, but I guess you really do.
Went here for lunch recently. Maybe the good reviews are from the pizza. We ordered sandwiches and they were really disappointing. I got a chicken sandwich that was kinda tough to chew and my husband got a sub that was bland.
Recently stopped for carry-out lunch from this long-time family favorite. Customer service was friendly, courteous, and helpful. The server even let me know as soon as our pizzas went into the oven. Good hygiene observed from all 4 employees. Pizzas and salads were ready quickly, exactly as ordered, and delicious!
Julie is simply amazing! She makes coming here the best. So kind and welcoming! Whatever you’re paying her is NOT ENOUGH!!! She is the reason people come back! She even remembers our kids names!!! Food tastes great too!
