Best WLM Reviews

First off This Armando's is a total separate owner than the others in Chattanooga. Ate inside; All Caucasian establishment. We stuck out like a sore thumb. The Service was pretty good! Food was good but I felt Nauseous afterwards. Customers kept staring at us like they never saw black people before. Restaurant does have a strange odor. $45 for baked potato, 2 excellent fresh salads; chili cheese fries, and Mushroom burger w/ bacon was mediocre.. only hate half. Giving the rest to the homeless!!1 drink 1 water. Will not return due to Price, Smell, environment, and nauseousness! Thank you for the great service and for making our dinner special! Stay blessed
I always eat the hamburgers they are good! But I ordered 3 hamburger steak plates for first time and the last. So bland and dry , tots cold , toast plain and chewy., but the side salad is great but not worth $36.00 lol since that's all we ate.
Ordered online. Picked up at window, pulled up and could clearly see someone in the drive thru window who’d promptly walked away. Shortly after, an employee walked out of the back door to go home… We Waited 20 more mins or so even though we’d received a message letting us know our order was ready. Eventually I get out of the car to walk around to front door, someone appeared at the window volunteering that they didn’t know we were there and the wind sometimes prevent them from knowing of customers at the window. I don’t recall high winds yesterday. Next, they gave us food that was actually SPOILED or going bad. The burgers had a funny smell, the lettuce, tomatoes and onions were old as well. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any Armando’s Restaurant ever which has always been a favorite of mine ever since I can remember. I’ve moved to the ATL and often look forward to getting food from home. I will NEVER stop here again, if that is what you wanted for whatever reason, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED. I actually ended up vomiting up what part of the of the food I’d eaten. Our bill was close to $40, it was a waste of our money, time and expectation as we were really looking forward to some good ol’ Armando’s then hit the road back to the A! I am also considering reporting this to proper officials. I am super hurt by this as I was not alone. My son and mother were also with me. My mom expressed her meat smelled as well. This happened on 12-04-2024, must have been at shift change.
Pulled up to grab my order and was told, "theyre bagging it up right now, can you pull up to the road" just to sit there for 15 minutes while they served 5 other vehicles behind me. Nobody answered the phone when I tried to figure out what was going on. Ill let the lack of tact and patience in their voice go, but making someone feel this stupid is ridiculous. Who does this to their guests? Armando's does.
The kicker is after I got out and walked inside my food was just sitting there getting cold. Thanks guys
We waited in the drive thru for 2 salads and onion rings. Well 45 minutes later still no food. Went back to window she said they were waiting on the chicken. So, we checked it and it was cold. Then still no onion rings. The salad was obviously rushed as well, it was lettuce, tomato and some cheese. Will never ever go back there again
Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru to get two salads and onion rings. Staff managed to fill all of their buddies orders-gave us attitude when we asked about ours. This place sucks!
On our way back to Michigan we stopped in Chattanooga. We asked a local where to get a good burger and he said Armando's had the best.....and he was right.
Just a small diner with stellar service and prices. The burger was great and the service was even better. Super cheap too.
Solid eatery. Good burgers. Good tots. Friendly service. Home town restaurant.
