Saved me! I was not prepared for the humidity of Florida and my hair got poofy when I landed. My boyfriend surprised me with proposing and I needed a last minute flat iron for our celebratory dinner. Alexander was so welcoming and understanding- I walked in desperate and she fixed my hair very quickly! The salon is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend !
I had a great experience at Hair Salon Armandeus. Gabriel took wonderful care of my hair, he was warm and very professional. While he examined my hair his colleague brought me a delicious cup of coffee. I was shown the price upfront so I knew exactly what the bill would be. They have a lovely team at this Salon. I can wholeheartedly recommend it if you are staying in the Orlando area.
I recently visited this salon for a women’s haircut, partial highlights, toner, blowdry, and protector, and I noticed a “mask treatment” added to my bill, though I’m not entirely sure I received that service. The total came to $320 plus tips. While the haircut turned out great, I feel there’s room for improvement in other areas of the experience.
The highlights came out more yellowish than I had hoped. It would have been helpful if the stylist consulted on color options that matched my preferences and complexion. Additionally, I felt uncomfortable when the stylist asked for my assistance in handling foils during the partial highlights. As a paying customer, I don’t believe this should be part of my experience.
Another thing that stood out was being asked to sign an agreement about no refunds or claims before the service started. I’ve never encountered that at other salons, and it felt strange. It gave the impression that they might not be confident in their own work, which wasn’t reassuring.
Small details also made a difference in how I felt about the visit. The water used for shampooing was uncomfortably cold, and the stylist didn’t adjust the temperature. Similarly, the blowdryer was very hot, but the temperature wasn’t lowered, which added to the discomfort. These minor details reflect the professionalism and care customers expect, especially for the prices charged.
While the overall experience was okay, I feel the service quality and professionalism could be improved to better match the premium pricing. Alternatively, adjusting the prices to better reflect the services provided might help build better rapport with customers.
I hope this feedback is helpful, as I see potential in the salon and believe focusing on these details can enhance the customer experience and reputation.
Claire took good care of me! Her hands are very soft and I spend most of my time completely relax. The other personnel were very nice!
This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon, truly. Claire was extremely knowledgeable and give me the best advice when it came to what I specifically wanted. She took her time guide me through it and the results were 10/10 - this will not be only my new stylist in the central orlando area but my new home salon. will be back and recommend this place if needed !
I walked in looking a mess. Just years of bad hair cuts and colors. Clair totally transformed me into an absolute beauty. My hair colors looks like my color I had as a teenager, the cut is perfect! No one in my life has ever given my a better style. I’ll definitely be back. This Salon is the best ! Every aspect. You will have an amazing time there.
1st appointment at this salon. My appt was with Alexandra and I was very happy with my services. I'll be honest, I was expecting it to be less price wise but I did it and I really love my new style. I'll definitely be back. Just be aware, each is a separate service but they will not touch you until they give you your quote and you are in complete agreement
Claire is a wonderful stylist. This is place lovely. I called an asked if they would an accept a walk in appointment and they said yes. Claire did my hair beautifully and I’m ready to have an amazing weekend with my fabulous blowout and haircut!
