We had a delightful stay at the Arlo in Miami! Located right in the arts district, the hotel is incredibly walkable, with plenty to see and do nearby. Our room was comfortable and offered fantastic views. The bed and pillows were great, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and while the bathroom had just a walk-in shower, it was fine.
Despite the busy area, the room was pleasantly quiet, and the whole hotel had an inviting scent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. Valet parking was seamless with no issues. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant and coffee bar—both added a nice touch to our mornings. Although we didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, everything else was lovely. Recommended for anyone looking for a chic, walkable stay in Miami’s vibrant arts district!
My girlfriend and I had the most magical stay at the Arlo for a little mid November respite from the Northeast cold! The location is obviously unbeatable, whether you’re in town to party or remote work from a pool/coffee shop, there’s tons of establishments and shops to keep you busy. The room was very cozy and I loved all the lighting options! There was one day that I took out a free bike for a few hours and was in HEAVEN! Also have never felt a nicer warmer pool in my life. But the best part was absolutely the warm and helpful staff who did everything in their power to accommodate us and make our stay extra special. Special shout out to Rhea, Christina, and Manny for everything you did! Your energy was absolutely the cheery on top of a fantastic stay. Thank you!
My stay at as great from the very beginning. Daniella at the front desk was amazing. Super friendly, professional, and always remembered me (there’s a lot of people she must see so that really stood out!)
My room was great, the property was beautiful and had everything I needed. The food and the servers/bartenders were all top tier. Valet too. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say. I really enjoyed it and if I need a place to stay next time I’m in Miami it will be here.
I just returned home from a work trip after 4 amazing nights at the Arlo in Wynwood and I can’t stop talking about how amazing this stay was.
While I would’ve preferred the room to be a little more spacious it was incredibly clean, comfy and well stocked. I loved my view of Wynwood and the convenient location to so many great spots.
The lobby, cafe/bar, yoga deck, Higher Ground patio lounge and rooftop pool deck were all amazing. However, what stands out most about this stay were the incredible staff.
Chris and Daniella at reception, Samantha as our morning barista, Manny was our amazing bartender, Mackenzie at the rooftop pool deck and Wayne our kind bellhop.
They all made this stay so over the top welcoming and special. Thank you for having such an amazing team of people and I hope to be able stay at this Arlo again!
Arlo in Wynwood has exceeded my expecting in pretty much every regard! As someone who has worked in hospitality, I can tell you that the overall quality of this hotel is top notch! From cleanliness, to convenience and most importantly guests service, they really know what they are doing! Special shout out to Oscar at the front desk on the late night/ overnight team! He’s so kind and helpful, and went above and beyond for my team!
The rooms are small but fine, and the front desk staff is great. I had negative experiences with the Lobby Bar, though, and was frustrated that the rooftop pool closes at sunset. Generally a nice place but could use a bit of a service improvement and rethink of the rooftop policies. Would also be nice if the $15 food/beverage credit usage wasn’t so limited as to render it practically useless, and if the food and beverages generally were not so steeply priced.
This hotel is perfect for so many reasons. Location is an A+ being in the heart of Wynwood. The lobby bar is very comfortable and great for a nice snack or glass of champagne. The staff front the valet, front desk, F&B team, etc. We hosted an event in the lobby and it was executed beautifully. A special thanks to Sergio Levi for his assistance for our company event. We would recommend hosting events at any of the venues at Arlo Hotel Wynwood.
Cool hotel with great vibes and good service. Excellent location with lots of shops and cafes near. Walking distance to the Wynwood walls and the graffiti museum. With the hotel card we got free admission to the graffiti museum which was cool. They have other nice amenities like a rooftop pool and bar, pool table, good food, and even free bicycle rentals. Would stay here again :)
