Best WLM Reviews

I had the pleasure of staying at Arlo Nomad in NYC, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was chic and welcoming, with a modern, stylish design that perfectly matched the energy of the city.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with recommendations or special requests. The room itself was surprisingly spacious for NYC standards, with thoughtful touches like high-end toiletries, a comfy bed, and amazing views of the skyline. I especially loved the smart layout of the room, which maximized space without sacrificing comfort.
The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the NoMad neighborhood, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and iconic NYC landmarks. The rooftop is a must-visit! The views are stunning, and it's the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of exploring.
Overall, Arlo Nomad offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this hotel will not disappoint. I can't wait to stay here again on my next trip to New York City!
Amazing! 20/10 always! My favorite hotel to stay at when we visit NY! The rooms views are the best and we love the free drink that comes with the reservations everyday. The staff is the best and always so helpful! Moises the bellman is so nice and always quick to be a helping hand! The elevators are a bit annoying because they take forever to go up and down but still 100% worth staying here!
Pros; We stayed here for 2 nights and had a pretty good experience overall. The staff were super helpful and friendly! It’s in a great location for walking to popular areas. Thanks Arlo!
Cons; We did know that the rooms would be small, so that wasn’t unexpected. However, I was pretty surprised to see how much the bathroom lacked privacy. While the sliding door isn’t an issue, there wasn’t a lock and it’s borderline see through. I’m hoping in the future they’ll consider using different doors. Overall, this place is great if you’re traveling solo but I wouldn’t recommend more than that.
I had an excellent stay here! The location was super walkable to many prime locations and had easy access to the subway lines. I loved that it was close enough to everything, while being less crowded and bustling than other areas.
The shared spaces and my room were very clean and inviting. Although the standard room is small, the space is cozy, modern and the space is used effectively - so I would say it’s worth it.
The staff were super friendly and attentive from check in to check out. I’d like to give a shoutout to Anthony at the front desk for his great customer service. I would definitely stay at this hotel on a future visit to Manhattan.
The Arlo Nomad is a great hotel to stay at in New York without prices being ridiculous during peak seasons like Christmas time. The rooms are small but are clean and just what we needed. Staff was also very nice and accommodating including Anthony at the front desk! He was great and made us feel very welcome from the moment we checked in! Location is also great, close to koreatown which is a lot of fun and felt very safe.
Lovely hotel in a decent location, just minutes away from Empire State.
Rooms just the right size with brilliant view. There are lifts, just took us a couple of goes to work them out ????
Staff on arrival were really friendly and helpful.
Lovely treat in our room for my birthday.
Room cleaned daily, bed made and towels replaced and cans of water provided too.
Shower really good with products available, so no need to pack the shampoo and conditioner or shower gel.
Hairdryer was actually really good, so if you can't bring your own fear not, it does the trick.
Room under bed for suitcase and a small hanging space for some clothes.
Roof bar wasn't open when we stayed but you could still go up to take in the views.
Breakfast options are quite good and lots of people around for serving.
Our check in time was at 3pm. We checked in in advance 40 minutes early. We had no problem waiting the 40 minutes, as we were early. However, when it was finally time to actually go up the the room, the lady told us our room wasn’t ready yet. 15-20 minutes passed before our room was ready. That seems unacceptable to me if you claim that “check in time “ is a 3pm. We also got charged with a 40 “urban fee” which is just an excuse to charge you more than they already do. But don’t worry, a perk of the 40 dollar fee is that they generously give you a 15 dollar gift card that you may use in their hotel dinner. This can buy you TWO pancakes which cost 14 dollars. That means you’ll have a dollar to spare ! Oh also, they have so many lights around the tiny room, yet only the main light works. NONE of the other lights work … Total of 8 lights in the room, and 7 don’t work. Seriously ? Waste of money.
My stay was great for three reasons: Dorian, Jamilah, and Kyara.||The moment I came to the Hotel, Dorian was at the front desk to quickly help and get me checked in. Not only did he have quick recommendations on where to eat, but I also had to extend another night and unfortunately my room category was sold out. He continued to follow up until it became available and was very helpful finalizing. Jamilah and Kyara were always welcoming and really helped with my check out process. ||Rooms were small but standard for NYC Hotels (Stayed in Essential King). Bed was comfortable and Bathroom was nice. ||The lobby bar had some good food and decent drinks, and the staff there were also welcoming and good to spark up a conversation with.||Location is just off Broadway in NoMad, once of my favorite areas in NYC. My gym Equinox is down the street and good amount of places to grab a bite. ||Would definitely stay at Arlo Nomad again! Thanks all
