Best WLM Reviews
Today was supposed to be my 1st new patient visit . I confirmed my appointment yesterday! I was told 10:45am and today when I showed up this morning I was told it was at 11:30.
First of all the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, didn't even say good morning or nothing! I told her I know for a fact my appt was at 10:45 and she said well it's at 11:30 and u were told to be here at 11 to fill out paper work . Not once did she make eye contact ! Now I see why they hv 3 stars
I love Dr. Aramath. But today I called to ask to schedule an appointment to remove some stitches. I am told my primary care physician and this facility cannot remove them. Since when does a primary care physician refuse to remove stitches for you? Am I behind the times? This is INSANE.
AMMENDED
Again, I love Dr. Aramath and today my stitches were removed!!!! I want compliment how this situation was handled. We all make mistakes and reaching to resolve them is just as important. The office called me back and apologized and scheduled me an appt. Thank you for hearing me and reaching out!

Dr. Truong has been my doctor since Dr Gouldy left. I wasn't sure if I wanted to stay with the practice. I am glad I stuck with them. Dr Truong has been really fantastic with me. I don't feel rush, but I understand if others have a difference of opinion. Through my personal experience, I have not felt that.
The staff is really cool as well. I know they are busy so it takes a little time on hold, but they really try so hard to work with you. So I hope this review helps anyone on the fence about coming into the practice.
Great place. Staff is top notch. Always friendly and quick at the counter. Nurses are all great. Very personable and answer any questions I have. Dr. Aramath is fantastic. Best doctor I've had. Very nice lady. Answers all my questions, reviews everything with me. Takes time to explain the stuff I don't understand and listens to what I have to say.
My favorite thing about this place is my doctor, Doctor Aramath. She is the BEST of the BEST! She always takes an interest in not only my health but always asks about life outside of my health. She is extremely thorough and really listens to my concerns. She is the best doctor I’ve ever seen and I’ve been around for a while. My only complaint would be the building. The building is old and dingy however, as long as Dr. Aramath is there I will continue to come there.
First and foremost, I would like to say Dr. Aramath is wonderful! She has always treated me with respect and addressed all my health concerns. Now her front office staff is another story. They are extremely rude and condescending. They really act like the patients are a burden. The short hair lady is the worst of them. I had asked her for a copy of my last appointment, letting her know why I needed it, she cut me off saying "We are not going to do that". Mind you, I wasn't asking them to do anything but give me a copy. I already had someone who was going to do what I needed to be done. Then she proceeded to tell me she had already turned off the computer even though it was a little after 4:30. Depending on who you get when trying to set an appointment, you will either be talked to like a child or like an adult. If you get the rude one, you will hear sighs and she will cut you off repeatedly. May the odds be ever in your favor! If you can put up with their rudeness enough to actually set an appointment, you will love Dr. Aramath.
The staff knows me ager all these years and greet me. When I have labs or shots I'm such a baby, but they handle it with such ease I really don't notice it or worry. Dr. Truong has been my PCP for 20 years plus and I trust her.
Always a pleasant experience when I visit my PCP Dr. Tien Truong. She’s small but stern with me & strickly business when it comes to my weight, blood pressure and eating habits. I’m doing better and I plan to continue to eat healthy & watch my weight. Kudos to Dr.Truong!!
