Dr. Pilkington conducted a thorough exam. He asked good questions and listened to my concerns. Services were professional and prompt, but not hurried. He provided clear explanations. Expect that the next available appointment will be several weeks from the time you call.
They are horrible. DO NOT COME HERE. Listen to the reviews. Making the appointment was good and the doctor was nice. But I was not told that I would be charge for a service or confirmed if my insurance took care of it. They didn’t even tell me what service they were doing. I thought it was a regular procedure. WHICH COST $105. I intended to only pay my co-pay. And on top of that, they didn’t tell me the percentage of how deviated my symptoms were and discouraging vs others who have went to other ENT. And have been charged just their co-pay. I called them to get an answer on my bill but they never called me back until I got a text that my bill was overdue. Plus I was going back forth to get into my account. You have to call them to get any answer instead of waiting for them to call back or patient portal which is common customer service. They do not care about their customers and only the money. Their agents on the phone was also rude and giving me sass when I asked them can they give me a call back once they found out an answer. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Great medical and technical staff. Excellent Dr Pilkington a great patient's oriented attention always providing useful suggestions. The staff is very caring and efficient. Easy to navigate practice. Always on time and very responsive medical assistant staff..Overall one of a kind Dr and practice. I am an established patient and appreciate being taken care of by a great team
Dr. Pilkington has mastered the art and science of ear care. He received me cordially, thoroughly discussed my heaing issues, carefully removed wax from my ears and gave recommendations for continuing care. I wholeheartedly recommend him to prospective patients and thank him for his treatment.
I only went in for a hearing checkup, no surgery or anything further. I've been to this practice twice, just for hearing tests, and for scheduling and going to those appointments I've had no issue. Can't speak to what the experience may be for other types of appointments or even surgeries.
10/10 score for waiting room, check-in, doc was GREAT! Everyone very friendly and pleasant.

The ladies at the front desk were so amazing and helpful. The doctor was knowledgeable, kind, understanding, thorough, and explained everything in simple terms that were easy to comprehend. I feel like I received excellent care. I would highly recommend Arlington ENT!
I am so grateful for Dr. Pilkington and his team at Arlington ENT. I was a first-time patient in July 2024, referred to them for tongue cancer. They moved quickly to develop the treatment plan. The cancer was removed within two weeks with no complications. They are the best! I highly recommend them.
