Well... It does the job. Cheap price. Nice that it's right across the street from a couple museums and walking distance from several restaurants, a park, the old steam train, and the historic downtown.
Google says there's a free breakfast, but apparently that ended a long time ago. There's just free coffee in the lobby from 6:30 to 9: 30am.
No pool anymore either.
Shower was clean and worked well. Soap bars and little conditioning shampoo bottle provided. But our bed was definitely sagging in the middle and not too comfortable to wake up from in the morning.
We were stuck in this town because our car overheated and had to go to the mechanic. The owner at the front desk did not seem to show any sympathy or any emotion at all for us. She was just there to do business. It would have been nice for her show at least some sort of emotion for us and our troubles... She could have told us what there was to do in the area that was walking distance, or given us restaurant recommendations, or asked us how we were doing each time she saw us during our stay, etc.
We stayed here a couple years ago when driving across the country and it was a bit rundown but we were only there for 12 hours so we didn’t really care. We decided to stay again this trip and we were very impressed with the updates. You could not find another hotel this cheap with rooms this nice. Usually cheap hotel showers gross me out and I just skip it but the shower was SO clean! I didn’t hesitate to walk on the carpet barefoot because it looks new and it also looked like it had been freshly painted. We will definitely stay here again
We stayed here for 5 nights and it was great. It's definitely a no-frills inexpensive hotel. I thought the rooms looked nice, it was very clean, had a fridge and microwave. The family that runs it was super nice, especially the young man at the counter.
It was great to be able to walk from the hotel and walk down Beale Street to the shops and restaurants in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.
Very good service, clean rooms, and great location! We stayed at the Arizona Inn for one night on a road trip. We’re happy with the price, location, and cleanliness. The room smelled fresh and clean. Henry at the front desk is very pleasant and helpful.
Very clean motel with large rooms. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe walking around on my own. Very close to main street (you could walk there or it's just a few minutes' drive) where there are shops and restaurants. The gentleman who checked me in was a man of few words, but friendly enough and check out was super easy.
5/5 stars for room comfort, bed, blinds, bath and amenities. King bed with fleece liner (very comfortable) electric & USB access on each side and at desk. Fridge microwave & TV. AC excellent with enough white noise to help sleep well. ALL smelling fresh (no cigarette smell)
This motel may not look like a 5 star motel from the outside, But the MOST important needs are WELLtaken care of. Wife & I are very glad we chose this over the brand name motels and we got a much lower price!. Hats off to owners, managers and Henry who checked us in. Also, plenty of restaurants and major shopping available in immediate area.
May God richly bless you all.

this may be classified as a budget motel but it has high end class. Rooms are clean and neat, everything operates well and the bed was super comfy. folks at desk are very friendly and the morning coffee is strong and hot! We will stay here again. It's close to downtown and Rt66 museum.
After reading the reviews of the 2 local Tweaker6 and NotSoSuper8 motels in the area, we decided to give the Arizona Inn and try, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room and bathroom was clean, no bugs on the beds or the floor, Motel 6 didn't share any of their tweakers and we weren't afraid of our car being broken into, the utilities were well maintained and no banging pipes or noisy AC, and best of all, as a train enthusiast, you can enjoy the 24/7 trains from the balcony, but are far enough away from the track they dont keep you up at night - something that can't be said for the Motel 6 across street according to some other reviews. We didn't visit the pool or try the coffee, and if you're looking for a luxury motel, you shouldn't be looking at 2 star motels, but for what it is, you cant beat the price, rooms, and service! If you're looking for a cheap, clean, and tweaker free motel, this is the place to go!
