Best WLM Reviews
Unique to a degree but not much different than any other steakhouse. The food was very good but couldn't say the same about the service, especially since it wasn't very busy at the time. Prices were fair for what you would expect from the food and location. Still, if in the area you might want to check it out.
First time visiting and absolutely enjoyed our experience. Customer service was great food, absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was chill. Will return to tey other items on the menu. Also was reasonably priced. Everything was so delicious!!
Our experience tonight was beyond bad. My friends took me out last night for a celebration. One ordered Salmon and it was undercooked. The other had the chicken tenders which were dry. I had the sirloin and it was Tough. I had to stop eating it cause of how tough it was and spit a piece out on to my plate while the waitress watched. She never asked how the food was. When she come back to the table she asked if we would like dessert. I said no the food was horrible to which she just started laughing so I asked for a manager and she kept laughing and asked do you really want a manager. Im not one to complain to a manger just the opposite if I have a great server I actually let their manager know how good they are.
When the manager come to the table I asked her to look at our food and asked if I could speak to her in the breeze way cause I don't like causing a scene. I explained about our food and how the waitress started laughing when I told her it was bad. She apologized and said some of the customers make jokes like that. I told her the waitress was looking at me when I spit my piece of steak out I'm not sure how that could be taking as I was joking. The manager apologized. We have been coming here for about 6 years close to 7. Tonight will be the last night as this was a horrible experience.
What a fabulous place to stop for lunch! I had the honey chili glazed calamari and baria tacos both of which were very tasty and my hubby had the prime rib soup which was perfect and the spicy burger (minus bun) which was well prepared and perfectly medium rare cooked as requested. However, they forgot the pimento cheese that was supposed to be on the burger. Overall, food and service was great (minus the missing cheese). Nariah took great care of us. I would note that it was slow but tables that left just after we were seared were still waiting to be bussed when we left and the booth seat was loose so they may want to take a look at that as it can effect atmosphere.
What a little goldmine this place is!!! I had a fantastic time here from the moment I walked in. I am from the Boston area and felt the warm, southern hospitality the moment I sat down, with a nice big welcome and smile by the bartender, Rebecca.
I tried to come here the night before on a Saturday, but it was swamped with people waiting outside. Boy was it worth the wait for a nice Sunday dinner! I had the to-die-for pimento cheese dip (crushed the other half in the hotel room later that night) and the blueberry balsamic glazed pork ribeye with the jalepeno cheesy grits. *DROOL* But the small town atmosphere is what really got me. I chatted with Rebecca all night (what a lovely bartender and woman!), and she gave me the scoop on how the place was a locals spot. I got to see Miss Martha in action talking to the TV during the football game (made me chuckle a few times), and I ended up chatting with a couple of nice ladies by the end of the night. I really felt the warm energy here, and the food being superb was a pleasant surprise. Oh, and the prickly pear marg was on point! I had three. ;)
This was just what I needed after a long day of Spartan racing. Outback has got nothing on this place! Thank you, thank you to Rebecca for the excellent service, and to ARIZONA Steakhouse for making my weekend. :) If I am ever back racing in Newberry again, you know where I will be going!
Jordan was amazing! She was absolutely hilarious and had the best recommendations. Definitely have not had a server like her in a long time!
My husband and I went to have dinner on a Saturday night-fully prepared to Wait on a table. We were seated within 15 minutes! The service was fantastic and the portions were UNBELIEVABLE! We took so much food home. Definitely a great value for the money!
Have never had prime rib that bad. Came out sliced and raw not rare. Multiable Slices of prime rib? What is that.it was like they had left overs for sandwichs. The taste of salt was so strong and way over the top!! Our server was great. The other meals were ok. Will not come back. 2nd time we had issues. Ill try the new outback or drive to greenville. $135 for $40 of food.
