Best WLM Reviews

Dr Flynn was thorough and addressed my concerns. Her assistants and front office staff were pleasant, professional and everyone seemed very happy. A good vibe !
I waited maybe 10 minutes for my appointment that I was 15 minutes late to. Very friendly and kind. I'm not an experienced derm person, but this group was great! Each patient has their own "portal".
Scheduling here is good. We have never waited more than 15 minutes for any appointment. Dr. Flynn is great and so is Lisa the MA.
I made a grave mistake giving 4 stars after my surgery on Friday 20 September 2024 in an earlier review. I quickly received 2 replies thanking me for the swell review, which was obviously NOT read, the replies were just based on the fact that I gave 4 stars for 1 aspect of the procedure.
So now with 1 star hopefully someone will actually read the review RE-posted below and take corrective action so I can get the prescription for the antibiotics that was supposed to have been ordered 3 days ago.
No issues with Dr. R. Johnson or Kelly who assisted with the surgery which required 13 stitches for a 3 inch incision.
However, someone FAILED to call in my much needed prescription for antibiotics. Meaning after a serious surgery that I am highly susceptible to an infection due to a staff more interested in leaving for a weekend rather than tending to the needs of a patient. Choosing a quantitative figure at this time is difficult if not impossible, consequently i chose 4 stars n hope i will not regret my generous choice. It being a Friday I can only hope that the antibiotics will be available on Monday. Unfortunately the Ainsworth staff also managed to lose the lab report results of the cancerous tumor which Dr Johnson deemed important to review prior to the surgery. I personally handed the biopsy report to the front desk on my previous visit. Lesson learned; My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 but the procedure was started 1 hour late and finished at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon... Never have surgery on Friday afternoon...
Today is special as we anticipate the joyous conclusion of a historical election. It is also a special day for my having encountered Nurse Rachael and Nurse Practitioner Casey at the Clinic. They dealt with my dermatological emergency professionally and with empathy. They are the best dermatology team I have encountered at your corporation or others I have patronized over the years. I deeply appreciated Casey’s skillful skin mapping, diagnosis and her painless extraction of a skin sample for further analysis.

My initial surgery and plastic graft surgery were fantastic. Instructions provided for my home care equally impressive. But since my last follow up and suture removal I cannot get basic home care instructions or a promised return phone call.
Staff, Dr Flynn & her assistant were professional, polite & efficient. They asked appropriate background questions for a new patient. Dr Flynn did a thorough exam and biopsy. There also was little wait time including making the next appointment. It was a busy office with it being a surgery day but the only minor wish would be a larger waiting room.
Single worst medical experience in our family's history. Highly unprofessional, misdiagnosed, properly diagnosed by actual dermatologist not physician assistant. Incorrect diagnosis and treatment led to horrible outcome.
Never go to this business or seeking diagnosis from anyone other than an actual dermatologist. Physician assistant was rude, unprepared, did not know what we were there for and erupted in a tirade storming out of the room.
My child was more adult than the physician assistant. An embarrassment to the profession!
