My name is Gil R. Let me begin by saying, that facility offers some of the very best therapists I've ever encountered. And if that sounds a bit much, is because they are truly incredible. After only 3 visits, I've been taught and given the tools to deal with my depression, anxiety, and anger issues. I can't say enough about Aristotle Psychology and how we need more facilities such as them. As soon as you walk into their reception area, it feels like you're stepping into a comfortable living room. The receptionists are very friendly and easy to speak with. The same can be said for the therapist I was assigned to. She is just an incredible, knowledgeable, and perceptive individual. As mentioned above, in just 3 sessions she has already showed so many different ways to deal with all that I've been going through for the last decade, plus.
Thank you to all of the wonderful individuals that work there and continue to help so many folks with all types of emotional issues.

Hello! I highly recommend this place,Excellent Team and very Professional Therapists! Currently waiting for someone to pick up the phone so I can ask for my medical records. I visited in-person last month and was told I would be given a call within two weeks to get a hard-copy. Staff was friendly, but I’m going through a horrible time right now because of the delay. I cannot proceed onto next steps until I’m given these records. I’m 10 minutes into waiting on the phone. I will keep it ringing until I have to leave for another appointment
Hello everyone please everybody stay away from this place it will literally make you feel worse, you will only get one appointment a month, they will always make excuses,like doctor is sick ,doctor out of town… while your suffering hardly by urself which makes your symptoms way worse than first,either way the practice they offer its literarily not helping,the doctors are not unprofessional you can easily feel they dont care and they stop the session before time,this is just a heads up,i hope you get better.
Horrible experience. The wait time to make an appointment is long. Without any heads up I was informed that my therapists schedule changed and her new schedule didnt work with mine, so now I have to find a new therapist, one that doesnt work with this practice. Typically a practice will let the patient know a month or at least a few weeks in advanced so that the patient can find a new therapist, not the week of! I spoke to my therapist about it and she wasn’t empathic at all. Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend this practice
Staff is friendly, but getting a proper appointment for my child has been frustrating. They keep cancelling because the therapist is sick. Even with a switch of therapist, the therapist is ALWAYS sick. It's been 2 months and a half of a constant rescheduling and my daughter has yet to see a therapist. That is NOT okay!
While staff is friendly, patient services need to be properly provided.
Sorry. But I don't recommend this place. Especially for a child.
I called this place three weeks ago and set appointments for a month for my son because I was told that the therapist is super busy and needs to have them booked up in advanced. Furthermore, these appointments were for a VIRTUAL visit which I was already uneasy with.
Every week there is a different reason for why he can’t get in contact with the therapist. First week, it was booked for 12:00 when they told me 12.30, however we were NEVER contacted.
Then the following week “his appointment was never booked” & the staff is so nonchalant, and unbothered. This place is just awful, can’t keep virtual appointments. Truly sad.
When it comes to mental health, this is not ok. Can never recommend this place, specially if you have a teenager that needs this.
Been there for 1.5 months, they will not keep one appointment time, and have changed therapists each visit even though I specifically requested consistency. I make an appointment, they call the day before to change it literally every time. And suddenly the therapist isn’t available. Then I booked for the whole month of January, only to be told right before the appointment that that therapist is overbooked so we have to move our time, instead of the other person they booked over us. How do you double book, it’s a really simple scheduling task. Just got a call that this same therapist is “not in tomorrow” now if this was the first time they moved I might believe it, but I honestly think they are just trying to get out of the double booking they already did. Who is monitoring this!? Stay far away if you want to keep your sanity!
